The service is exceptional. The owner and staff are exceptional in their service and go above and beyond. The staff has always been nice, friendly, and funny. One customer would give 10 stars for service. When a coupon for a plain pretzel was used but they had run out, the staff exchanged the coupon for a better one. This is exceptional service. The service was awesome and very friendly.

This Auntie Anne's is the best. The pretzels are fresh, hot, and they actually gave extra. Most Auntie Anne's take 10-15 minutes to make something they are out of, but this one had pretzels on display and went ahead and made theirs fresh in 3 minutes. They celebrate kids for getting good grades and help out those in the medical field. The interaction made the bites more enjoyable. It was absolutely amazing here, by far the best Auntie Anne’s in the world. The service was magnificent. Very kind and extremely thoughtful.
