Just about Every other night, If not every night this Place is closed 1-2 hours early! It is extremely frustrating that They do not shut off their machine for accepting orders when they close early, Because just about every time I go there to pick up a DoorDash.Or uber order, The restaurant is closed or lights are on and No one answers the door or drive thru. The times there is someone there they don't answer for over 5 minutes. This isn't just 1 or 2 times this is on a regular basis!!!! Corporate management needs to do something asap or this place should just cut its losses and shut down if you can't properly run your business or have more than one person closing because they clearly can handle it.

When me and my daughter were in the car we were going to get ice cream and my daughter wanted to go to the Basken Robbin’s near home
when we got there it was closed. The next time we went at 7:00 PM it was closed! Is this place ever open!? Also the place is dirty.

This place is the WORST. They are always out of stuff, close earlier than the stated hours, staff acts like they hate their lives. Drinks are terrible. Save yourself the headache and don't even try and go here.

Customer service is not their thing... Good luck trying to just walk in and get something. The supervisor sitting just behind the counter saw me waiting, waited 2 mins after seeing me, then proceeded to just say to a unseeable employee that there was a customer. All without even saying anything to me.

The quality of the ice cream was horrible. It tasted like it was freezer burned. The Sundae was tiny and hardly had any ice cream in it. Will never order from here again.

I felt horrible for the young man working here. He was the only one in the store. I feel management really let their customers down, and put too much on this young man. The drive-thru was busy, the store was busy oh, and this young man was doing everything he could to do a good job. I think he deserves a lot of credit, but I think the store owners really dropped the ball by having one person on staff at a busy time.

I ordered a banana split and paid $9 for it. I drove up to the window and they asked me to pull forward to wait for them to make it. I waited in the car for about 10 minutes. They finally came out and they handed me a bag, while saying that they did not have any of the correct containers so they made the banana split in a large cup. I look in the bag and it's a mess. All the ingredients are mixed together at the bottom of the cup. They also gave me a short spoon. There's no way that worked. They also gave me 2 scoops of vanilla and 1 scoop of strawberry when I asked for 2 strawberry and 1 vanilla. Very disappointed about this experience. Definitely not worth $9! They should have told us from the start that they didn't have the correct container. I will not be coming back to this baskin robbbins.
