Completely messed up my order & when I called the kid took down my information & told me the owner would email me or call me.. neither happened. ***Update*** After posting the above review, the owner did email me and offered 2 sandwiches of my choice and a pint of frozen custard on the house.

Culver's is usually pretty good, and this one's decent. The food was hot and came out fast. The restaurant itself was clean, and the Oreo custard was yummy as always. I'd probably go back, but I'm not a huge fan of Culver's in general. I only go because my partner really loves their onion rings, and they always get them whenever we're here. The custard was really good, though. I got the Oreo flavor, and it was nice and creamy with lots of Oreo pieces mixed in.

Tried the new pub burger, the double with added bacon...sooo dry. Very hard to swallow. Think they forgot about the mayo part. Ill NOT order that again. Sooo disappointed!!! SAD!

This is an update review: 1. Prices are still high for a fast food place even though the food is good. 2. Got pleasant assistance from all that helped me. I liked being able to get a taste test of the lemon ice which reminded me of the Chicago deli stuff a family friend used to bring us when I was a kid! Out of this world! 3. So five🌟's inspite of the prices.

This is the worst culver’s they must send everyone that doesn’t make the cut at the McHenry one to this one. It’s definitely not even close cashiers that can’t count change milkshakes take forever and five cars get burgers before you get a milkshake. This place needs to find a new manager because whoever is running it needs to find a new career.
Always stop on Saturdays when you get a pint of frozen custard for $5 instead of $10!

Burgers are so buttery they leave you licking your lips and wanting to order a triple butter burger for your next meal. Custard is so soft and creamy delicious that it is always a must-have 😋. I recommend skipping the drive-thru and going inside to place your order to see the hard-working friendly staff. Today's flavor of the day was chocolate heath crunch and it is so delicious it was Kind of crunchy, kind of smooth, and very incredible. I might go back for more!
