I had called to confirm my door dash order and add some extra things to my coffee that door dash didn't let me add, and Cynthia just quick to cut me off and rush me off the phone, instead of listening kept telling me no we don't have it no nope no it's not here , I don't recommend calling to this place she was very rude and not a friendly place to talk to ,soend your money somewhere else

Love the ppl since they change owners but unfortunately the coffee taste horrible is so water down .. I hated the workers with the previous owner but the coffee was fine and with this new owners the coffee taste so bad . I usually buy coffee on 31st and 176 but this one is closer to home so I give them another chance to maybe see if it’s just a one time thing with the coffee but nope it taste horrible

The workers there work hard. I was there today and people were giving them problems because of a couple malfunctions that they were trying to fix with out management in the building. It isn’t the worked fault there is no reason to be rude to these workers when they aren’t giving attitude and trying. I saw plenty of rude people while I kept calm and helped them understand hey this is no issue. They went above and beyond still to try and satisfy the customer. Armani was a good worker and so was the sweet short girl forgot her name.

I stopped in to pick up a gift card and a pound of coffee. No one said hello or acknowledge me. I picked up the coffee and waited and still no one said anything. People were on their phones, chatting with each other and completely ignoring me. After a couple minutes of waiting, I put the coffee back and walked out. Awful.

There was an associate there (guy) that was have a personal conversation on his phone e while handling the trash today. He then proceed to walk an assist in making drinks and handling food without washing his hands that were all over the trash bin.

If I could give a zero I would. Stood in line inside for 10 min as the only customer there asked for service was ignored asked again and was informed that the drive through customers come first. Then lock the doors if you’re not gonna serve customers inside. Staff was rude and had very disappointed kids.

I dont even want to put any stars. My husband and i stopped today 8-3-24 at 11:20 for some coffee. He got a hot coffee and the lady didnt even put the lid on all the was and passed it to my husband and it spilled all over his hand burning it and she didnt even say sorry she just gave us a mean look. I definitely wont be going back there and they couldn't even get our order right. Im not even upset that the coffee was wrong thats normal for them, im upset at the unprofessional behavior and attitude from the lady working at the window and definitely upset that she couldn't even say sorry after the fact my husband burned his hand due to the top not being put on all the way.

Please if you don’t have the staff. Probably the best thing to do is not offer food if you can’t make it correctly.

They almost always get my order right at this location, which is a huge plus!! All the workers seem happy and are very nice to me at the window when I pay. They never get frustrated if I ask for a puppachino or an extra munchkin for my Frenchie who's always with me! ? ?

I ordered in person, but they somehow still totally botched my order. I received a plain ice coffee and three donuts when I actually ordered a Hazelnut Hearthrob ice coffee and two donuts. Everything was fixed, and a refund of the extra money was given, but it was an unnecessary hassle that could have been avoided.

Theres a caucasian male with glasses and likely underlying issues that seems to do things to your food for whatever reason. Beware. I used to go to this place but stopped for the longest time till i stopped seeing him whenever I went. The others are cool. That chode with the glasses move on elsewhere without contact to human food. When he disappears, my rating will go up for this dunkin donuts

The phone number doesn't work and no way to contact them to see if they are open before driving all the way there, yet they close the lobby as early as 5, and yet don't answer the drivethru promptly. Sometimes it takes over 10 minutes for them to respond. Their posted hours of operation are completely different than what they really are. They close anywhere from 1-2 hours early just about every single night. It's a very unprofessional way to do business.
