This is the worst dunkin out of any dunkin in the world. I’ve been there so many times giving them chances, and it’s just not it. I was there for 35 minutes only 3 cars ahead of me and it still took them that long. I placed a mobile order way before hand. When it was my turn they tried to give me coffee and this random stuff I said no I ordered donut holes, they said oh how much, what kind? Just so many questions. I said I placed an order online like I said at the drive through. So she re took me order had to tell her what is was like 3 times. She tried to charge me a few times I told her I already paid through the app. Then she asked for my name and order for about the 4th time, she had no clue what she was doing. People in the back no gloves and licking their hands so that was very disgusting. This isn’t the first time I’ve been there about 10 times and it’s always like this. I eventually got what I asked for she just said oh ok I know you can go. So she got mad because she didn’t know how to give out an order. All other places have the food ready especially if we had to wait 30 mins. Would never recommend this location.

The service is the absolute worst, out of any of the Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. This is the only location that I have ever waited close to 20 minutes, for the entire experience; between waiting in the drive thru line for entirely too long, deciding it’s not going anywhere, parked and then went in, only to find there were bees flying all throughout the store. However, the most recent experience was the worst. We waited in the drive thru line, only to have no one respond. We drove off to go to the Dunkin in Wauconda, which was efficient and friendly, never going to return to this location till I know for a fact that new management has taken over.

I asked for a crispy croissant sausage egg and cheese and the lady working kept saying extra crispy, I said just crispy not burnt. She gave me the hardest black crispy croissant I ever seen with bacon and cheese. If your job is to take an order and your parents always told you that you don't listen go work in a factory with no windows and come out when you learn how to take orders and communicate.

Honestly, I have never had service this bad at any Dunkin Donuts and I’m a dunkin girl. This was absolutely horrible. Staff standing around not helping and the food (bagels) on this order..I couldn’t believe they would even consider giving it to a customer. The bagel was hard as a rock and burned. And THE coffee was un drinkable. Iced latte tastes like old sitting coffee not fresh whatsoever and my French vanilla iced coffee was pure cream you couldn’t even taste the coffee. I would have went back in had I not already experienced rude, laughing employees that couldn’t careless for the paying customers inside that were also forced to go into the because the drive thru was out but they never blocked it off. No wonder they have the rating they do, I will NEVER return to this location.

I went here for donuts. I usually get a variety of donuts. One specific donut I was a French Cruller. They didn’t have a designated tray for French Crullers - a basic original staple alongside the glazed donut. The lady behind the counter stated they don’t carry it. I walked out without ordering any donuts due to their not carrying that one specific donut. Go elsewhere. Seems this location has a limited variety and changes hands often. I will stick with Volo. TYVM.
So I came here to get a glazed donut & hot water to make some tea. The donut was old. The hot water was fine. I park in the parking lot to decompress on my lunch break. I was not close to the vehicle next to me by any means. See the picture for proof. The drive thru attendant (Jocelyn) comes out with an attitude because I have my car door open & comes & moves their car as if I was going to hit it. Just wanted to share how this location treats a traveler from Maryland.

Went in and 2 employees ignored our existence at the counter. I tried to say hi and wave to get their attention but it seemed like they were trying not to look at the counter. After about 5-6 minutes we gave up and turned to walk out. Then the employee mopping saw me and smiled as I left. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Went for a quick breakfast and should've just went to the grocery store. Kept getting told that we will be “parked” because our order was so big. When we have ordered more and this has never happened. Food seemed to have come out fast which was nice, except they forgot one of our sandwiches so we had to drive back around anyway, actually park and go inside. 5 minutes later we finally get the rest of our food, except when my boyfriend pulled out his sandwich it was black and burnt to a crisp. You couldn’t even eat it. Not to mention my bagel bites were cold. Waste of money and will not be returning.
