So I came here to get a glazed donut & hot water to make some tea. The donut was old. The hot water was fine. I park in the parking lot to decompress on my lunch break. I was not close to the vehicle next to me by any means. See the picture for proof. The drive thru attendant (Jocelyn) comes out with an attitude because I have my car door open & comes & moves their car as if I was going to hit it. Just wanted to share how this location treats a traveler from Maryland.

Went in and 2 employees ignored our existence at the counter. I tried to say hi and wave to get their attention but it seemed like they were trying not to look at the counter. After about 5-6 minutes we gave up and turned to walk out. Then the employee mopping saw me and smiled as I left. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Went for a quick breakfast and should've just went to the grocery store. Kept getting told that we will be “parked” because our order was so big. When we have ordered more and this has never happened. Food seemed to have come out fast which was nice, except they forgot one of our sandwiches so we had to drive back around anyway, actually park and go inside. 5 minutes later we finally get the rest of our food, except when my boyfriend pulled out his sandwich it was black and burnt to a crisp. You couldn’t even eat it. Not to mention my bagel bites were cold. Waste of money and will not be returning.

I rarely stop in for Baskin Robins but the cashier Cynthia was wonderful and I might just have to come back for more ice cream in the future. Wonderful service!

When the teenagers are working, absolutely terrible they don't even know their own menu. But when the older woman is working she's very kind and great at her job.

the red hair lady with glasses is super nice and she's always working hard and alone whenever me and my girlfriend come in. Super friendly and quick with everything especially considering she's working alone.

I had a mobile order of 2 ice latte coffees and 1 matcha latte and the order didn’t show on the app but I received an email from my bank that I paid for my drinks. So I came to the store and the workers service was very horrible they told me that they can’t do anything to get my drinks. They were not kind and were very rude. In my opinion the service is not good and I’m not gonna come back again

I had called to confirm my door dash order and add some extra things to my coffee that door dash didn't let me add, and Cynthia just quick to cut me off and rush me off the phone, instead of listening kept telling me no we don't have it no nope no it's not here , I don't recommend calling to this place she was very rude and not a friendly place to talk to ,soend your money somewhere else

Love the ppl since they change owners but unfortunately the coffee taste horrible is so water down .. I hated the workers with the previous owner but the coffee was fine and with this new owners the coffee taste so bad . I usually buy coffee on 31st and 176 but this one is closer to home so I give them another chance to maybe see if it’s just a one time thing with the coffee but nope it taste horrible

The workers there work hard. I was there today and people were giving them problems because of a couple malfunctions that they were trying to fix with out management in the building. It isn’t the worked fault there is no reason to be rude to these workers when they aren’t giving attitude and trying. I saw plenty of rude people while I kept calm and helped them understand hey this is no issue. They went above and beyond still to try and satisfy the customer. Armani was a good worker and so was the sweet short girl forgot her name.

I stopped in to pick up a gift card and a pound of coffee. No one said hello or acknowledge me. I picked up the coffee and waited and still no one said anything. People were on their phones, chatting with each other and completely ignoring me. After a couple minutes of waiting, I put the coffee back and walked out. Awful.

There was an associate there (guy) that was have a personal conversation on his phone e while handling the trash today. He then proceed to walk an assist in making drinks and handling food without washing his hands that were all over the trash bin.

If I could give a zero I would. Stood in line inside for 10 min as the only customer there asked for service was ignored asked again and was informed that the drive through customers come first. Then lock the doors if you’re not gonna serve customers inside. Staff was rude and had very disappointed kids.
