We called and ordered dinner this evening and Ashton was just amazing, even being a new employee he wanted to make sure our experience was perfect. He was very pleasant and helpful. He even took the time to make my order was correct. When I got there he was very friendly and was ready to help me get my order. Our pizza and wings were amazing. Thank you for a very pleasant experience Ashton and Ashley ( I think that was her name who was assisting Ashton tonight)

Good pizza, close to home. It can get a little pricey so we don't go as often as we'd like. The food is always hot & tastes great when we do stop in. The rustic crust is phenomenal, and we love the meatballs as a pizza topping.

Definitely worth trying for pizza & pasta lovers!! We've never had anything that we didn't love from Nancy's!! They have amazing quality regular, thin, & deep-dish pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches. The menu is always current with plenty of different options! The prices may seem a bit more than your usual pizza place, but once you try it you'll understand why. Their ingredients are always very fresh and nothing ever tastes old or greasy, which makes a huge difference in quality. They have a great app with coupons or you can call and ask for a coupon for what you're ordering, that usually tones the price down for us!! Every employee is genuinely nice and ready to help you order or answer any questions! If you pick up your order, you can clearly see the employees making pizzas and how clean the environment is, which is a huge plus! We specifically love the Island Lake location!!
Vegetarian options: You can customize anything from Nancy's to be vegan or vegetarian!! They will help you over the phone with your questions.

We love this place! It has become our regular pizza joint for takeout. Both the original stuffed and classic thin crust pizza is amazing, and we love that they offer delicious salads as well. They are also consistently quick with turning out your order, even on weekends. We have ordered dozens of times and I have never had to wait past the scheduled pick-up time. Nancy's always provides us with delicious food and fabulous service.
Parking: Never had any parking issues.

Terrible communication, ordered on a Tuesday, driver got lost on a 12 min drive from the shop. Poor management offering $20 on a $40 pizza. Overall terrible experience and much better joints all over the area. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. If that's how they run the business, I'd be embarrassed for them. Sad sad day 10/17/23
