It was one of my favorites places for the super quesadilla. Now the big quesadilla and I got really disappointed whith what I eat. For sure the legacy of the previous owner is not there any more.

This restaurant has been recently remodeled. It looks great but unfortunately the quantity and quality of the food has gone down while the prices have gone up. The menu has also been revamped. Service is pretty good though. The staff is very friendly.

Absolutely amazing! Some of the best tacos I have ever eaten in my life. Sauces are amazing. You can tell everything is made from scratch. Very polite.

Quick and delicious al pastor burrito dinner with spicy salsa, and quick service! I recommend getting horchata to round out the meal.

Seems like this place changed ownership a bit or style of cooking. They're a lot better than before. But I will say they are still very cheap when they come to giving salsa or lime. They cut one line into eight pieces and give you 1/8 of a lime piece per taco and zero limes per torta. Cut your lines in 1/4 and call it a day. I guess I'm just used to City Taco joints where they gave you slightly more limes than you would need. I would also stay away from the salsas that look like they're mixed with sour cream ?

Prices are low and food is great. It’s very small inside
Parking: Lots of parking spaces available
Wheelchair accessibility: The doorway is very tight and there is not a lot of space inside

On the way to work I found this restaurant and decided to stop by to eat some chilaquiles with eggs. The truth is, I don't usually go to eat somewhere without a prior recommendation. but I was not disappointed. The facilities are impeccably clean, the staff is very friendly, and the chilaquiles are an explosion of flavors. I tried a coffee that must be brewed with cinnamon, it tastes delicious. I will definitely be back to try something else from the menu.

The old owners were delightful. These new owners changed everything. Like come on this used to be our favorite spot..Everything tastes bad. No other way to put it. Really sad they jacked up the flavors of everything. I hope they fix it because the rice was not flavorful, and the guac was not even guac. Was more cilantro diced in there than anything. Overpowering. Not creamy at all? Idk it was gross. Chips were stale too and really hard :(On top of that all the prices went up. And the “large” chips and guac is now what the small was. Everything was just so disappointing and they didn’t even know what a veggie taco was?? LOL

We loved the old owners. Great food and great prices. We came to Illinois all the way from North Dakota to enjoy the food. Today we ordered and found there are new owners. We ordered 2 taco dinners, 3 single tacos, one quesadilla, and 4 drinks. It came to be 70+ dollars and we were shocked by the price. The tacos were cold and the meat was dry. It was supposed to be my 10 year old daughter's birthday lunch. We are revolted and will never come here again. We do NOT recommend.
