“Solid italian food. I've only tried their pastas and they were very good. Good quality chicken and servings are plentiful. The only suggestion I would make to the restaurant is to better set up their online ordering systems and encourage customers to use them versus calling in orders. Also, allow take out ordering on holidays such as new years eve when you're open.”

“We’ve always enjoyed the Biergarten in the summer, so we were glad to see a more permanent year-round fixture open up. We were also impressed by the food. It’s a small menu, but everything we’ve had is excellent (and we’re locals so we come here a lot).”

“I have been shopping at Jewel for many years. Also I’ve had my prescriptions in the pharmacy I moved my prescriptions to the Fox Lake pharmacy years ago because it’s the closest to me before that I was at the Grayslake one, so I’ve been with them for many years. I’ve had enough. The pharmacist behind the counter has done nothing but give me a hard time about getting my prescriptions, I don’t overtake. I am there just at the time that I should be and there should be no reason he held my prescriptions back. I’ve had enough for one month. I went completely without my prescription because he refused to hand it over same thing happened when I wanted to leave town and get my prescription one day early as the doctor released it the insurance released it, but he would not , I’ve had enough it’s time to go on social media and let them know what’s going on and I put it off. I didn’t say anything for over a year. I’m tired now I’ve had enough!!!!”

“I ordered an office lunch and decided to give this place a try. This was a very good choice since they offered box lunches in which I could have each employee's name printed on their box to avoid confusion. The delivery service thru ezcater was quick and the order came on the scheduled time. Each box contained the sandwich, fruit, potato chips, and a cookie or brownie. This was the perfect amount of food for each employee. The sandwiches were all delicious and not a single person came to me with any complaint. They offered a discount code which when ordering for 25 people came in handy. I will definitely order from this restaurant again. It was located at 1 Pierce PL, Itasca IL 60143.”

“Overall , been there different days of the week. Food is good, service is good as you would expect, especially on Sundays. Half time Sundays , za buffet. Very good. Alcohol prices are within the norm. Parking can geta little tight on Football days.

“We read about Joe Doughnut Itasca and thought we would give it a try…pulled up to a Shell gas station?!? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this place…not gas station food, custom fresh made to your liking off their full menu. Doughnuts were great, flapjacks were outstanding. Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. Met the co-owner, wonderful lady with passion for this place. Can’t believe it has been open for over 2 years. Great kept little secret. Will be back to try more of the menu!”
