Great customer service as always, & the special menu item over Labor Day weekend 2023, “Short Rib Macaroni & Cheese” was absolutely delicious & amazing!! The Elotés was pretty good as well, the chips, not so much, they were so-so tasting, but definitely not necessary to eat “with” the corn dish.
I needed a chill night, so decided to stay at Eaglewood and try their restaurant. The fish sandwich (mahi-mahi) on brioche bun served with a bucket of fries was superb. I ate way more than I usually do at dinner because it was so good. Very attentive and friendly service as well.

Prairie River serves as a sports bar for the Eaglewood Conference Center and proverbial 19th hole for the golf course. The restaurant bar is in the bottom floor of the center and has a walk out basement feel to it. The dining room is large and open, line with TVs playing various sport programs. Outside is a beautiful patio with large fire pit that they light at night. The menu is limited with only 4 sandwiches and a couple entries plus apps.
