Prairie River serves as a sports bar for the Eaglewood Conference Center and proverbial 19th hole for the golf course. The restaurant bar is in the bottom floor of the center and has a walk out basement feel to it. The dining room is large and open, line with TVs playing various sport programs. Outside is a beautiful patio with large fire pit that they light at night. The menu is limited with only 4 sandwiches and a couple entries plus apps. I ordered carry-out dinner of the Turkey Club Sandwich, which comes with a side (I chose Caesar salad) and I also got the Truffle Fries, which are to die for. The Turkey Club was large in delicious chewy Italian toast with a tomato aioli sauce. The sandwich had plenty of turkey, crispy bacon, perfectly ripe avocado and lettuce and tomato. It was delicious. The generous portion of Caesar salad was very good as well. The Truffle fries are delicious. They are covered with garlic and parmesan and severed with an aioli dipping sauce. The portion is large and easily shared among several people. The service is fairly fast. About 10 minutes. There is plenty of free parking and the complex is quiet and remote. I'll definitely return.

Great customer service as always, & the special menu item over Labor Day weekend 2023, “Short Rib Macaroni & Cheese” was absolutely delicious & amazing!! The Elotés was pretty good as well, the chips, not so much, they were so-so tasting, but definitely not necessary to eat “with” the corn dish.

Looks like a nice place to eat, but I stood there for 10 minutes and saw no employees so I left without ordering food.
