“Solid italian food. I've only tried their pastas and they were very good. Good quality chicken and servings are plentiful. The only suggestion I would make to the restaurant is to better set up their online ordering systems and encourage customers to use them versus calling in orders. Also, allow take out ordering on holidays such as new years eve when you're open.“

“I have been shopping at Jewel for many years. Also I’ve had my prescriptions in the pharmacy I moved my prescriptions to the Fox Lake pharmacy years ago because it’s the closest to me before that I was at the Grayslake one, so I’ve been with them for many years. I’ve had enough. The pharmacist behind the counter has done nothing but give me a hard time about getting my prescriptions, I don’t overtake. I am there just at the time that I should be and there should be no reason he held my prescriptions back. I’ve had enough for one month. I went completely without my prescription because he refused to hand it over same thing happened when I wanted to leave town and get my prescription one day early as the doctor released it the insurance released it, but he would not , I’ve had enough it’s time to go on social media and let them know what’s going on and I put it off. I didn’t say anything for over a year. I’m tired now I’ve had enough!!!!“

“BEST Italian food in Illinois, this place is absolutely amazing. We got the poblano soup and the rigatoni alla traverstin and it was the best pasta and soup I have ever had. I requested it to be spicy, and they made it exactly how I wanted it, it was wonderful! My husband ordered his without the spice and it was just as amazing. Also, it is very refreshing to have a restaurant where all of the waiter and waitresses have conversations with the guests, it was so great to see. We had Susanna and her sister and they were so sweet to us. They all are so hospitable and genuinely great people. We have tried many many Italian restaurants in the area, and this is by far the best one and a must try.“

Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) When I ate I Sonny’s, I told the owner that the chopped salad and pasta that I had at Sonny’s was better than Francesca’s 100%. “I’ve been eager to try Mortadeli since it first opened, and after hearing so many rave reviews, I finally had the chance to stop by for lunch yesterday. Let me tell you, everything everyone says about this place is spot on! First off, the food is absolutely delicious. Everything on the menu is so tempting, it was hard to choose, but I went with the meatball sub and pasta salad. As someone whose grandmother made the best meatball sandwiches, my expectations were high – but Mortadeli’s version did not disappoint! It was fantastic. The pasta salad was also amazing, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere at Mortadeli is incredibly inviting – it strikes the perfect balance between classy and cozy. The staff are very friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about making your experience special. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff and quick delivery of our food. One of the owners even took the time to chat with us a bit. Another pleasant surprise was the parking – I had my doubts at first, but we found a spot just around the corner with no problem at all. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be back. Mortadeli is a must-visit!“

“First time experience, went for Happy hour. Bar area is a little loud. Daily specials are only for take out not even for a dine in price! Happy hour special pricing and food was very good. The monthly special appetizer of escargot was great! Bread served with it would have been better soft, for enjoying the total dish, rather than hard toasted. Peppers, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and sausage was better than I expected. Involtini was really good. Wife said the garlic dressing was good. We plan on making it on our frequent list.“

You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. I door dash from here many times a month and it always amazes me how hot the food is, how correct the order is and how prompt I receive it! “This past weekend a group ( 14 ) of us experienced a wonderful evening at Pazzi Di Pizza in Elmhurst. It was a fun get-together that was enhanced by great appetizers and varied, delicious pizzas. We also were served by some of the best and most courteous staff we have ever experienced. Marco, the Manager, who attentively scheduled our evening, came over, introduced himself, inquired about our needs, and then introduced us to Charlie, our evening's server. Charlie was exceptional!! It was our second time meeting at this venue, and I highly recommend a visit!“

“One of our favorite festivals to attend is Taste of Melrose Park. They have some Hispanic food, Italian, and a little polish. When you enter on either side they have security and police officers with metal detectors. Coming in from 25th Avenue they have a section of carnival rides. As you go towards the food you pass through tents that have local vendors from Car dealership to clothes. They also have some entertainment from time to time near the information booth. You pass that then you have the drinks booth were you need tickets to purchase drinks then you enter the food tents area. They do have outdoor bathrooms to use and some dessert tents. Favorite was the meatball sandwhichs the tacos and the tres Leche. Pass that they have the stage area for the live music at night. They also have stand up tables within the middle of the food tent and near the washrooms they have a seating area for customers and they have a tent for seniors as well.“

“I'm giving them 4 stars because it's better than 3. We went on a Friday night, which was probably a mistake if you're looking for a quieter, more adult evening out. Our server seemed to be rushing us, and the food was surprisingly subpar. Most of the dining room was occupied by large families, which is perfectly fine, but it changed the atmosphere more than we expected. Since the restaurant has multiple dining rooms, it might be worth considering seating larger family groups in one area and guests looking for a quieter dining experience in another. It could make for a better experience for everyone.“

“I was on a soft diet for that diet and I thought of Olive Garden. I place a take out order because i had just left the hospital. I got there they was closed. I was willing to wait and i am glad i did. The food was great, Customer service meet my expectation. Branden was very friendly and professional. He is an asset to the company.
