“I recently visited McDonald’s, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall experience from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. One of the first things that stood out was how spacious and well-organized the parking area was. Even during a busy time of day, I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, which made the visit feel convenient and stress-free from the start.

Inside, the customer service was exceptional. The staff greeted me right away with friendly smiles and a positive attitude that set the tone for the rest of my visit. My order was taken promptly, and the employee at the counter made sure everything was accurate, even repeating it back to confirm. It’s small touches like that which really show they care about providing great service.

The dining area was clean, the food came out hot and fresh, and the employees checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory—something you don’t always expect from fast food but definitely appreciate. Even the drive-thru seemed to move quickly and efficiently for those coming in after me.

Overall, this McDonald’s location delivered a smooth, pleasant, and well-managed experience. With great parking and outstanding customer service, it’s definitely one I’ll be returning to.“

“I got the WTF Meal and Mozzarella Sticks.
-The food bas very nice flavors, with a good hint of salt and spice to it. Alot of nice crispy textures to all the food which is very delightful.
-The service is perfect. The cashier was very friendly and perfect, a stunning example of what cashiers should be, always with a smile on their face.
-The atmosphere is very unique and is complimented by things like the neon lights, art on the ways, and just the overall cleanliness.“

“The restaurant is nice and big. It is clean! The waitstaff is great, friendly and efficient . The food is very very good and you know it's a great place to go when there is a wait line, sometimes out the door. You have the option to eat outside in good weather. My husband and I always try to get the cozy two seater table in the little nook by the window. The food is very tasty and plenty of flowing coffee. Due to illness we are not able to come out much, but I sure miss this place. Lots of wonderful Saturday morning breakfast memories. Wishing you great continued success.“

“This is a five star overall and in every category rating. After reading reviews on all sites I thought I’d give Joe’s a try. Their site indicated fresh ingredients, fresh dough, and outstanding service. It’s true! This is not a chain…as in everything tastes the same, pizza. The sauce is fresh and not overly salted or seasoned; you taste the tomatoes, the sausage, the green peppers and the onions! It was risky because I ordered this for New Year’s Eve for a group, (even tho I’d never had it) but all loved it. I had to laugh thinking about others’ reviews that note it tastes different-that’s because they haven’t had fresh ingredient pizza in so long. The owners (I assumed) were fun and kind and the cozy/small pick-up makes you feel like you are in another country-Italy. “I love this place. We eat here at least 3xs a month. Everything is amazing! My favorite is the Tri Tip or Pulled Pork. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Its a bit expensive but the quality is top notch. Shakes are really good too!“

“Their chicken Philly needs a lot of work. They overwhelmed it with onions and cheese but not enough meat. Ratio needs correction. Also the fries were undercooked and extremely soggy. Their menu is on the pricier side. As for their service and atmosphere, it was overall solid. I will be back here.“

“This used to be our absolute favorite spot. My friends and I would come here several times a week, and we loved the familiar faces on the staff. Sadly, things have drastically changed for the worse. ​We noticed the staff began turning over constantly, and after speaking with some of the remaining employees, we found out why: the owner is reportedly keeping 40% of the servers' tips. Under Illinois law, tips belong entirely to the staff, and an owner taking a cut is entirely illegal. ​It breaks our heart to walk away from a place we loved, but our group has decided to take our business to other local spots that actually respect and support their employees. We won't be back until management corrects this and treats their staff fairly.“

“Astonishing that it's still around. I was 10 when it opened in 1948 and to get a double decker at HH was close to heaven. Across the street was Prince Castle, long gone, where you could get a slider for much less money. HH was a splurge and it's wonderful to see it live today.“
