My order was taken promptly, and the employee at the counter made sure everything was accurate, even repeating it back to confirm. The dining area was clean, the food came out hot and fresh, and the employees checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory—something you don’t always expect from fast food but definitely appreciate. Even the drive-thru seemed to move quickly and efficiently for those coming in after me.

“Been going here for 3-4 years, I believe they had some sort of change in management or other as they used to be closed most of the time a while. Food is always good and the new employees are nice to be around. Store still closes early some days but overall experience has improved by a significant amount“

“Passing through ORD, of course I'm going to get a Chicago dog. But even the best laid plans get sidetracked!

There are terminals you can order from, and while I was putting in my order, a staffer suggested their Maxwell Street hot dog (prepped by the amazing Oumar) - their only grilled offering! - and I couldn't resist. She was friendly and I went along with it.

Worth a visit if you're craving a hot dog and have a layover.

The trays are big portions and the prices are very reasonable. The spicy fried chicken was amazing. Crispy and flavorful.“
