My Mom and I go to the Buona Beef at 1170 N Arlington Heights Road, Itasca, IL all the time and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous and your food is always fresh and delicious! Thank you for being an amazing restaurant in our Community!

Buona Italian Beef Restaurant is Great tasty, quality real ingredients, large portions,fair, fast casual fast food restaurant. Almost the same food industry field as a Chipotle, BUT Chipotle 20% more expensive, almost always dirty and unfair unequal portions smaller sizes… you always pay for extra… same as Buona have as a regular sizes. Plus excellent exceptional service to your numbered table… not like in Chipotle they are pushing you as an animal faster and faster… and in Chip u pick up your food by urself… w no options do not leave : NO TIP… but in Buona Italian beef restaurant they are treating you as human being… w a choice : NO Tip… that’s honest, because you have a choiceAEnki♾️♾️♾️♾️♾️
I'm not a fan of the Alfredo sauce and noodles, but chicken was seasoned good. The sandwich my husband got with hot giardinerra was delicious

Just left 11:45 10/16 never got to eat the manager was rude when I tried to talk to him they wanted to charge me 2.69 for a large cup for water my wife and went there for 2 beefs 2 cheese fries and they were rude I have eaten there many times and never been charged for a larger cup

The reason I only gave it 2 stars bc the fries were not good, not fresh at all over fried & I don’t like how fries were changed and are now the krinkle fries like I got them at White Castle but not as good compared to how I’ve always had them starting bk to Berwyn & Hillside they were always good. EGV Buona fries are not fresh at all last time.

I love this place, but lately the service has not been good. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries to go. When I got home and opened them, I realized that my fries were half empty, my sandwich was missing fresh tomatoes, and it almost didn’t have any mayo—it was very dry. It was very disappointing. This is not the first time. I think the people who work there should be more attentive and care about the place where they work
