The service and cuisine were exceptional. The Filet Medallion was particularly delightful. I must commend Bella, the bartender, for the outstanding beverages she prepared. Jason, our server, also provided excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend this sophisticated establishment.

Arrived into town with a train, and what a cute little town that is! Grab the slice of pizza at johnny's, as I was walking into town, and it was delicious!
I had enough cheese on it till last me another 2 years. Looks like it's all the locals in here, eating, so it must be a favorite place for them.

Buon Johnny is a welcomed addition to Itasca! After a long walk around Springbrook Nature Center, we decided we needed some refreshing beverage. We were not disappointed! Smiling faces, excellent service by Laura and very aromatic food, we decided to eat in. The Chilean Sea bass was absolutely amazing! I forgot the name of the other dish but was rolled flank steak. Also mouthwatering. What a gem! Highly recommend stopping by!

This place used to be great but service & food quality has gone down in recent yrs. I was a little disappointed in the last pizza. It lacked flavor. Hours open were also cut back. Seems to be more of a bar hangout these days vs. the nice family restaurant it once was.

First time here, this place could be awesome.... Wake the owner up that has old westerns on the TV while he sleeping at a table.... Who does that? Accidentally ordered calamari ( big mistake) a rubber band would have been easier to eat. I could go on and on, but I won't.

This is our first time visiting Cucina Casale and definitely won't be our last! We are visiting from out of town and the food was OUTSTANDING! Very authentic and HUGE portions! Can't wait to visit again! 10/10!
