this used to be where i went every time i need gas and cigarettes among other things but today I have had it with the older african american lady who cashiers most days, she smiles and talks really nice to everyone except for me, every time, her face changes every time foe me and frankly I don;t need it and It does not make me want to spend my money at any caseys now. I'll switch to speedways or anywhere else but this place. That's one person's attitude that can ruin it for everyone. ill be deleting my caseys app too. Hope you get rid of that attitude.

I've been coming to this gas station since before it was casey's, mostly because it's convenient and I much rather pay DuPage taxes instead of Cook county. The biggest problem they have is their software at the pumps. It's not this location's fault, but the fault of corporate not putting any money into infrastructure to fixin the pumps. Repeated calls to customer service have gone unnoticed. My guess is it cost them more money to actually fix the problem then to listen to someone complain about it day in and day out. Maybe this review will get someone's attention. đ¤ˇđźââď¸

Review written 8/25/2025. They didnât have any pizza ready during lunch hour and had to specially request it to be made bc I went there specifically to use a free slice reward on the app. Also the Caseyâs semi driver made me move my car and Caseyâs staff had to like hunt me down coming out of bathroom to find me to move the car because Caseyâs semi driver couldnât maneuver and was like stuck by my car. Also the cashier tried to tell me âitâs free dearâ when I asked for a receipt and I was like âyeah I know, I want the surveyâ. (It has $500 Caseyâs gift card survey). Lol. If a customer asks for a receipt, just give it to themâŚ.
However giving a few stars because the older lady food staff was nice and the store was pretty clean

The absolute worst customer service. The employees all have attitudes and say nothing. No greeting, no telling you your total, no thank you. Nothing. Could care less. Who trains these people? Bathroom is also repulsively dirty. Worst gas station in the area.
I don't go inside much, but it's always clean when I do. I've also never had an issue at the pump, nor the air compressor, nor the car wash. Wanted to leave a review thanks to the awesome service I got tonight from Patrick. I saw another, similar review about getting good service here. Glad to see it's a pattern!

Have been fueling here for 5 years two cars every weekend, but when winter hits these pumps are a sitting duck you have to sit at the pump for 10min to fuel 20 gallons can we fix this issue winter is always a issue here otherwise amazing prices great people great service
