If I were rating this Casey two years ago, I'd give it five stars. Since I'm reviewing the most recent visit. I'd give it 3 stars. My issue with this Casey is the men's bathroom. I can't let my son use the bathroom since it's not working. There's always a problem with the lower urinal, there's never enough soap, and the sink is always broken. This gas station used to offer free air for your tires, but now you charge for it too. There's something sad about charging for free air and sometimes some of the gas pumps don't even work. It's only because the staff is always friendly and happy to be there that I tend to stop by.

Staff are very rude with very few who are respectful (2 people). Also promotes a lower cost for the product and then doesn't honor the advertised price when you are over charged. This used to be a great gas station where we came almost daily. Now I wonder why I bother.

False advertising, went to get fuel and sign said 3.37 with car wash purchase and come to find out only if you purchase the car wash at the pump not inside.

Every time I come here at night the doors are locked and pumps turned off while sign and lights are still on. No visual indication that the store is closed until you try to pump gas or go inside. Claims to be 24hr online

Just was there to place a pizza order and the lady was very rude and then told me to leave the store because she would not serve me because she couldn’t spell the word sticks for the code to get free bread sticks!! I will never go back to that location ever!! The one in Addison is so much better and more friendly!!!!

Got bad gas 93 blend pump 13 Sunday 3/26/23. 6 hrs and $1000.00 later everything is fixed, don't go there.

Unprofessional people I will never spend a dime at this place every time I put gas I have to walk inside for receipt and they want to me wait in line. It’s already inconvenient to walk inside plus wait in line? No! Thank you.
