Awesome food and drinks! But you have to sit in Katrina’s section. You won’t be disappointed. She’s knowledgeable, honest, and funny! Your experience will be better if she’s your server!
I chose fox and turtle or a family gathering because it was centrally located for all. I knew nothing about it beyond the reviews. I read on yelp. We were all so pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful experience it was! The server, Martin, was so attentive and fantastic, as was the manager! The smash burger and chicken quesadillas were the best we've ever tasted! The beer selection is impressive. It is clean, and a fun atmosphere, overlooking the Itasca country club golf...
We went to Fox and Turtle during restaurant week, it was easy to make a reservation and we were seated right away. The decor was casual. We chose from the prix fixe menu, which had a variety of choices for three courses, salad, main and dessert. Price wise it was a good deal, $25.00 per person for the three courses. We had caesar salads, chopped salad and one of us had soup. Two of us had the barbacoa tacos, two had the smash burgers. The wait was moderate but the food was good...
