Everything is great, people are very nice. Only thing that drives me crazy and i’m sure it does others as well, is placing an order over the phone. Even though an order is placed over the phone ahead of time, I still had to wait in line with other people who haven’t placed an order yet. Usually when you call ahead, that means when you get there, you should be able to grab your food and go, not stand in line….

This place is incredible. Great variety of menu options, prompt and friendly service and beautiful decor. My kid got the cookies and cream milkshake and was over the moon. I couldn’t decide between two flavors and they suggested that I go with the salted caramel - definitely the right choice.
I also got a sandwich to take home for later. It didn’t make it far bc it smelled so good that we all ended up sharing it in the car. Will absolutely be back.

I want to start this off by saying the baristas at Fulla Beans were courteous, helpful, and kind! They helped me pick a new drink to try and my order was made within a few minutes and was fresh to order. However, I witnessed some disturbing things while I was there from the owner that I feel should be addressed and definitely not overlooked.
While I was waiting for my order, I watched the male owner make food without using any gloves and without washing his hands beforehand. Furthermore, I also saw some food fall on the ground, and when the barista made the female owner aware of it, she encouraged the barista to still serve it regardless of it hitting the floor. I have also had other friends go to the facility and they have told me that they have heard the female owner berating employees for no evident reason with patrons around. To me, this was extremely inappropriate and humiliating for the teen baristas, who should not be subject to such treatment in front of patrons.
Management speaks volumes, and it is clear to me, based off of what I as well as my friends have seen, that this facility is inadequately ran. Once again, the baristas were fantastic and I never had a poor experience with them. It is solely what I have witnessed from the owners that turns me away from this company. I am all about supporting small businesses, but it’s important that said small businesses are working to create a positive workplace environment for their staff.

First time here and they were so patient with us! We described what kind of coffee we liked and with the help of Dina, Amanda hand crafted us the PERFECT coffee! Food was amazing as well! Don’t forget to finish with the Nutella croissant! No reason to visit any other coffee shop, this one is perfect!

It's great to have local businesses as an alternative to chains stores. Their food is definitely their strong point as is their quaint eating area and service. If you are eating in, ask for your coffee in a ceramic mug, it's so much more enjoyable than a paper cup.

Visited for the first time, wanted to get a local feel instead of a chain coffee shop. And it was lovely! My partner ordered a cold brew (he loved it), and they took the time to make me a green tea. The staff are so friendly! We each also ordered the Benedict Arnold and it was so tasty! Definitely coming back here and making this my new go-to coffee place!
The coffee was fantastic. The wifi was terrible. Sorry for a coffee shop you should have great wifi. It doesn't matter if you take it to-go and I like to support local businesses so I won't deduct the rating but I hope you upgrade or change it
