This must be the best breakfast we had in Chicago. We were staying close to this place and went looking for a Starbucks (this used to be one) and the Google Maps take us here, thanks God.
The staff were highly helpful and kind, also the people of the area. Great coffee, food at a really good price.

we loved everything we tried. we got an iced latte and iced chai. the full of it breakfast sandwich was so good. and the donuts are really fresh. best part is I spent less than I would've at a coffee chain... would much rather come here!!

Extra hot Carmel latte, though a bit too sweet. Great setup, lots of indoor & outdoor sitting available, location right on the corner. Price for a small latte with flavor, $5.46, can't beat that.
