Harold's chicken #41 Addison

Newly open but if blink you will miss it but google is accurate. No chairs to seat but the chicken and fries were TASTY. Usually go to Chicago but now I have a closer one and the service is fast, friendly and cheap. Our family will be visiting more often.

The chicken is amazing! Although, the night i had it after a while all i could taste it seemed like was salt. The fish did not have enough seasoning, the pizza puffs were decent in size and a first time try for me and my colleague coming from out of town. Pizza puff was simple and delicious. Would definitely try the chicken and pizza puff again. The fries are gross and unseasoned. The young lady behind the counter was awesome and friendly. She was working hard to get orders out. Everything we asked for was in the bag. I wish I had tipped her.

Parking: Plenty of parking in front of small business front. Was difficult to see immediately from the street, but it’s there. We took an uber there and back from rosemont. Let me say that the parking lot has medians, and they are painted black just like the flat top of the parking lot. Our Lyft driver ended up hitting one hard and went up and over cause he couldn’t tell where the median was in the parking lot. Felt so sorry for his little Kia soul that evening. I decided to try this location again and I am delighted that I did. My wings were cooked to perfection (fried hard, full of flavor and not overly seasoned). The customer service was kind and my food was brought out to my car. I am glad I didn't give up on this Harold's location since it's so close to my home. I will be back soon.

From Miami, love Harold’s chicken, this one is better than then the other one in the suburbs, they place to much salt on their chicken, the cook listened and made my order to perfection it was 10/10.

My chicken was over cooked, it was like chewing on jerky. I was told that my order was approximately a 12 minute wait, to find myself waiting appropriately 15 minutes in line, let alone the 12 minute preorder wait time. People who arrived after me, were out the door before me, considering that I preordered a measly 6 piece tender. People at work have warned me and keep doing so about Harold’s in the suburbs. They claim, “It’s not the same as the city”

I hate to give a bad review. They were very nice. But they missed an entire meal and the chicken was very dry, some tenders had barely if any meat in them. It wasn't like the other Harold's we have had in the past.

Came from Missouri, Fish was not good,taste like river water. 50 wings they were ok could've been better. Memphis better.

I was very impressed by this place. Small take out only but the food was amazing. I had 7 wing dinner and my chicken was delicious. Maybe the best fried chicken I ever had. I orders it with mild sauce lemon pepper salt and pepper. My girlfriend had 6 chicken strips and it was more than enough. I ate one of the strips and it was tender and juicy all white meat. Waited about 15-20 for our food and we ate right outside at tables they have in front. I highly recommend and we will be back later In the week to try fish and shrimp.

The two times I’ve been here my order was NOT ready when I arrived even though I came 5-10 mins past the time the establishment told me it was ready for pickup! Food is decent, the service just sucks!! I order online for a reason so there’s a record of the time. ???
Owners please rectify this!!!
