Went to Mcdonalds last Thursday and ordered food through the app. The food was no longer available so I asked for my money back. I was told by the manager I had to call the app, the people at the app said I had to get my money from the actual location or call and lie to my bank and say it was an unauthorized charge. Spoke with corporate last Friday who wanted to send me coupons, I said no I want a refund for the $19.27 send me a gift card. That rep said she would talk to the owner...read full review
Awful rude customer service. They got my order wrong- the worker tried to fix it. It was a MESS! The “fixed”product was basically thrown at me thru drive thru window. There was ice cream all over the outside of the cup. The fix wasn’t right. I was upset- wouldn’t let then fix it at that point. I was so angry drove away. Never again. honestly hire people who can deal with the public.
Stop asking me if I want my change back or automatically assume that because it’s a few cents I don’t want it. If I want you to have it I will let you know.

McDonald's is a convenient spot for a quick meal. Orders are placed through self-service kiosks, and food is served in a timely manner. The location is small, but there is ample seating and parking. The drive-thru is also quick. The bathrooms are clean, but napkins may need to be requested. While there have been issues with orders, such as incorrect items and technical problems, managers and employees have handled situations professionally and courteously. This McDonald's has great service and employees are very nice. The fries were heavily over salted. The burger was actually juicy and did not taste like it came from a microwave. The person on the intercom took 3 minutes to respond.
