I recently visited McDonald’s, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall experience from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. One of the first things that stood out was how spacious and well-organized the parking area was. Even during a busy time of day, I had no trouble finding a spot close to the entrance, which made the visit feel convenient and stress-free from the start.
Inside, the customer service was exceptional. The staff greeted me right away with friendly smiles and a positive attitude that set the tone for the rest of my visit. My order was taken promptly, and the employee at the counter made sure everything was accurate, even repeating it back to confirm. It’s small touches like that which really show they care about providing great service.
The dining area was clean, the food came out hot and fresh, and the employees checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory—something you don’t always expect from fast food but definitely appreciate. Even the drive-thru seemed to move quickly and efficiently for those coming in after me.
Overall, this McDonald’s location delivered a smooth, pleasant, and well-managed experience. With great parking and outstanding customer service, it’s definitely one I’ll be returning to.

They don’t pay attention to your order in the drive-thru. They cut you off when you still have more items in your order. They also forget your sauce packets very frequently

Food is cold and not fresh Also I was ordered hot coffee, but they made me cold one (+ for making me other hot coffee, but it was taste like a slop 🤢) And for happy meal Milk expiration date is 9/20 (today is 9/18) but it’s already sour Fries is cold and nuggets is not fresh
I don't understand why would you sell old and stale burger, not the first time as well. Close this location ASAP

This is the first time in literally years that I have been into a McDonald's and it was disturbing...definitely felt like we were in a dystopian film-sterile, unpleasant lighting and decidedly lacking any cheer or warmth, more like a prison cafeteria. I just wanted to eat my burger and get out as fast as possible as the feeling was unpleasant and vaguely threatening. The poor worker did their job well and probably needs therapy after having to work in that atmosphere for a day. The food was OK. Not the McDonald's of my youth which I enjoyed...more along the lines of the new look...moving towards less taste and less visual interest. Pretty bad overall!

I used to love this mcdonalds. Its truly the worst!! Now I like to order everything through the app so I dont have to explain much. But it's like yall still can't get it right. Your business here is trash. I prefer driving to Elk Grove McDonald's. Get it together!
