This is the first time in literally years that I have been into a McDonald's and it was disturbing...definitely felt like we were in a dystopian film-sterile, unpleasant lighting and decidedly lacking any cheer or warmth, more like a prison cafeteria. I just wanted to eat my burger and get out as fast as possible as the feeling was unpleasant and vaguely threatening. The poor worker did their job well and probably needs therapy after having to work in that atmosphere for a day. The food was OK. Not the McDonald's of my youth which I enjoyed...more along the lines of the new look...moving towards less taste and less visual interest. Pretty bad overall!

I used to love this mcdonalds. Its truly the worst!! Now I like to order everything through the app so I dont have to explain much. But it's like yall still can't get it right. Your business here is trash. I prefer driving to Elk Grove McDonald's. Get it together!

Tables were dirty, workers have no clue what they are doing too busy chatting and they got both my orders wrong… the food tasted old and not fresh

My partner ordered breakfast to get home and got wrong order. Different item. Nobody answered the phone in 30 min calling. So we drove back again. They did order right but just bread with minuscule piece if egg anda meat. but we spent 1 hour while driving and waiting plus the 30 min on the phone and not even a I'm sorry or anything else.

This bum location is the worst. My wife was at a McDonald’s near her work in Evanston. They had a sign that you can get a Mcfloat Simple item put some soft serve in any drink that you would like. I came to this location went through the drive-through asked the worker. Could you please give me one of these? He said he cannot do that. I said you cannot put a pop of ice cream inside of a root beer. He said no he’s not allowed to give me a freaking break… They also mess up your order constantly and nickel and dime you for sauces asking for a 20 piece nugget and getting two sauces every other sauce they charge you for
