Was visiting from out of town and stopped here. It is NOT a Starbucks. Really dang ridiculous that mobile orders are allowed to be placed here and that it shows active through the Starbucks app. A total waste of time.

Not a Starbucks location. Small parking lot, small coffee shop, only a few choices for coffee drinks, and their focus is not on customer service. Had people cut in front of me, couldn't make up their mind, didn't have their card ready, took forever for them to move on and nobody said anything. Kinda ghetto place overall.

This is actually not Starbucks although it used to be a couple years ago. It's now a private coffee shop. Very cute and comfortable with lovely staff. However I had a large cappuccino that was anything but. The cup was half full and half of that was foam. The coffee was not cappuccino it was basically straight espresso. I've had a lot of cappuccinos in my life and this was not a cappuccino. If I hadn't already driven away I would have asked them to remake it or get something different. I would still go there again to try other drinks and the food options looked quite good also. It's a lovely atmosphere and a cozy little coffee shop.

Hate to do it but Starbucks didn’t take me serious. The manager Nicole did not do her job as a manager and did not reassure quality. I just picked up my coffee and noticed there was a blue plastic inside my drink. I got home and noticed this and called it in. The manager Nicole offered me another drink and leave it as that. I then asked how their ice is distributed because I guessed it was a bags of frozen ice but she did say they have their own ice machines. So then I said why is there a blue plastic that looks similar to a bag. Nicole only spoke to me on the phone and when I went into the store to show them the blue plastic on my drink. Nicole was hiding in back and made the poor baristas take care of me. They need to take responsibility and do a better job with inspecting this incident.
