4/7/24 - AntsThis place has ants. I was just about to check out with a sandwich and cookies and noticed several ants on the counter by the cash register. Wasn't a big deal until I started looking elsewhere. I saw lots of ants in the cookie display and a couple ants crawling on the counter around the vegetables. The server was a bit rude as he tried to make it seem as though there weren't ants anywhere else and wanted to get me to make my purchase. It felt like he was trying to make it seem less severe than it really was. Pretty disappointing.

This place is a joke. Charging me 8.56 for a 6 inch when it clearly states on the board 6.99. Tells me those are old prices. Total scam. Never again will I go there. I know we will never see $5 foot-longs anymore 8.50 for a 6 inch, that’s ridiculous

The Subway in Itasca is my go-to place for a quick and tasty lunch. The sandwich artist named Sarah is incredible at her craft. She takes the time to listen to my specific requests and ensures that each ingredient is perfectly placed. I love the Turkey Breast sandwich that Sarah makes for me - it's always fresh and packed with flavor. I can't thank her enough for making each visit a delightful experience!

I can't say enough good things about the Subway location in Itasca! The sandwich artist, John, always greets me with a smile and makes my visit enjoyable. His attention to detail and passion for creating delicious sandwiches is truly commendable. I highly recommend trying the Italian B.M.T. sandwich, as John's skillful assembly makes it taste even better. Great job, John!

Never again! 1209 W. Irving Park. Rude service. Strange metal shield over the meats so you couldn't see through the window. Realized why when we ate our sandwiches...meats were not fresh! Would not accept a valid coupon, gave us some lame excuse that had nothing to do with the coupon. Biggest issue was the quality!

today 01/12/2023 my children came in and wanted to buy a Subway using a coupon, but the Subway employee did not sell sandwiches to the children, he said that this was not their coupon! The children were very upset, this was their first independent purchase! PS the coupons were from Subway.
Place is just not good anymore. They skimp on all meats. Like i get 1/3 of the sandwich here than i do any other

Aakash is a sandwich artist. I have never seen anyone making sandwiches with such a presion and delicacy. He did an awesome job. When I got home, no part of my stuffing got out of the sandwich.Would definitely come back when Akash is on shift.

The real rating is 0. First it started out okay despite only 1 person from being on the floor which cut my lunch break into 10 minutes. But then the online ordering disappeared. I called THREE TIMES and no one answered despite them being open according to their hours. And then today. Today I planned to go again on my lunch break and it was closed even though it should be open. Maybe they are closing down but no sign on their building otherwise said anything. Usually I let live with fast food chains but the lack of updates and no organization irritated me. Their hours stated online arent even correct either! Luckily I have another location close by I can go to. To anyone in the area of Itasca. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE.
