We were the only customers in the restaurant which was pretty haunting. I thought they would’ve been grateful to have a customer but they weren’t. We didn’t want anything special, just some finger food. The waiter asked us three times if we are dining in or taking out. When we said we’re dining in, he mumbled “dining in for finger food” to himself in an annoyed way.The food came out fresh and it was good but nothing memorable or special. The waiter came back, started talking to us and made up some excuse about how there are no customers because they’re updating the interior of the restaurant. I didn’t believe that at all.
I recently visited Touch of Spice and ordered the chicken curry and some sweets for dessert. Unfortunately, the chicken curry was quite disappointing. The flavor was bland, and the chicken was overcooked, making the overall dish unenjoyable. On a positive note, the sweets were a pleasant surprise. They were well-made and delicious, providing a nice end to an otherwise lackluster meal.Overall, the experience was mixed, and I hope the restaurant can improve the quality of their main courses in future!!

As an avid enthusiast of Indian cuisine, I was eagerly anticipating my visit to Touch of Spice, but sadly, it turned out to be an utterly disheartening experience. From the ambiance to the food quality, every aspect fell short of even basic expectations.Ambiance:Upon entering, the ambiance seemed promising with dim lighting and Indian-inspired decor. However, the illusion quickly shattered as the cramped seating arrangement and lack of ventilation created an uncomfortable dining environment. The incessant chatter of kitchen staff further detracted from any semblance of tranquility.Service:The service was abysmal, characterized by sluggishness and indifference. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, we waited an inordinate amount of time before being acknowledged by a disinterested server. Requests for water and additional condiments were met with forgetfulness and had to be reiterated multiple times.Food Quality:The crowning disappointment was the food itself. Our appetizer, the vegetable samosas, arrived lukewarm and soggy, betraying any semblance of crispiness one would expect. The main courses were equally lackluster; the chicken tikka masala was overly greasy, lacking in depth of flavor, and suspiciously resembled a hastily thrown together tomato-based sauce. The naan bread, touted as a staple of Indian cuisine, was undercooked and doughy, resembling more of a flatbread experiment gone wrong.Example of Culinary Disaster:One particularly egregious example of the subpar quality was the "paneer butter masala," a dish that epitomized everything wrong with our dining experience. What should have been a creamy, indulgent delicacy turned out to be a bland concoction of rubbery paneer cubes swimming in an overly sweet and cloying sauce. The complete absence of any discernible spices or seasoning left us questioning whether the chef had forgotten the most fundamental principles of Indian cooking. Conclusion:In conclusion, my visit to Touch of Spice was a regrettable mistake that I wouldn't wish upon any fellow food enthusiast. From the lackluster ambiance to the indifferent service and, most notably, the dismal quality of the cuisine, this establishment failed to deliver on its promise of authentic Indian flavors. With its inflated prices and dismal execution, Touch of Spice earns a resounding zero stars and a firm recommendation to steer clear of this culinary disappointment.

Like I was eating my old aunts basement without being invited. Dirty and sad.
Good thumbs up
Found this wonderful place and the food was DELICIOUS!! I knew the owner Sudip from a previous restaurant and was so happy to find him here!! We will be back!!
Vegetarian options: Love my Sweet Potato Masala!!
Kid-friendliness: Sudip is the BEST!
I ordered food 3 times and the order never arrived, it's a waste of time and nerves, I called the owner of the place, he ignored me and hung up the phone, unprofessional approach to the customer
Restaurantji Recommends
This place was not open for business when I tried to go for lunch on Aug 12 fyi. Google was incorrect about this so might want to call ahead.
Best Indian food in the area. We had saag paneer, jaipuri aloo, and baingan bharta, and garlic naan - all great!
If I could rate it lower I would. As a dasher I went to pick up an order that was conformed and paid for. The guy was rude , kept saying he doesn't deal with dashers, but has a big GrubHub sign in the window. So while I'm trying to talk to the customer and customer service and he closes the restaurant up early and leaves. I would be surprised if this didn't happen when Me and my fiance order from there and it kept saying different dasher were being assigned... I do not recommend

I’m usually pretty forgiving, but this food was the worst Indian food I’ve ever had. It wasn’t flavorful and tasted like they just dumped loads of salt in it. Even the naan and onion kulcha weren’t cooked properly and were also super salty. They don’t provide rice with the dishes, so when we asked about purchasing some rice upon pickup he said no they don’t have any and are closing. This was at 8pm, so apparently their hours are incorrect as well. This was a was of money.
