Wendy’s food is great as always, our service is always prompt at this location. The food was fresh and ready within minutes! The manager Juana is very sweet, she is always upfront interacting with the guests, providing prompt costumer service!

Went this morning (Didn't know there was a breakfast menu. One isn't posted) ordered a #5 thinking it was a chicken wrap. Instead I got fries from yesterday (dry and burnt) and some slab of dry overcooked sausage. Old dried out cheese and a bun not fit for the birds. Lesson learned. Don't go to Wendy's in the morning.

This wendys has false advertising hours. I'm staying at the motel across the street until tomorrow and, I heard a lady saying that this location doesn't open their doors until 10:30am but yet your window on the dining room side says 6:30am. If you guys don't open till 10:30am then maybe you should remove your 6:30am sign

The baconator was pretty good. The fries were not McDonald’s but they weren’t awful. The coke also not McDonald’s standards but fine. The person at the window was fine.
another Wendy's this time I sat at the drive thru and no one came to take my order? at 7:15 am on a Friday! Waited a good minute or more. I drove past the drive thru window and past the dining room windrow. And I didn't see anyone inside? That really bad!

I went to this Wendy's location Friday evening 1/31/25 to order dinner. When I arrived at my hotel and unwrapped my double cheeseburger & broke it apart the meat was totally red as if not cooked at all (through and through)!! Disgusting and the fries were stale. Needless to say I will Never visit this location again and the only reason I did not go back is because I was just too tired and it was not that close to our hotel! Worst Wendy's experience ever!!! This should never happen just imagine if I actually took a bite to discover uncooked meat! Wow is all I can say and if I could give no stars I would.

It is very clear that everyone that works at this location hates their job. I have ordered from here many times before and everytime I order via drive thru I am rushed and greeted with an attitude. However, today takes the cake and I’ll never be back. I drove up to order a kids meal and she asks me what I would like to drink. I didn’t see a list of drink options so I asked her what the options were and she raises her voice to ask me again “what do you want to drink”. So clearly she didn’t hear me the first time so I speak up and ask again “ what are you options” she then responds with full attitude” soft drinks, water, juice”. I ask what kind of juice and once again she replies with attitude. I then say to her “Im not sure why you’re giving me an attitude” and then I ask for her name. She then replies saying she’s the general manager and refused to give me her name and then she says “are you having a bad day”. LOL. Yes thanks to you, now I am! I am so disappointed that this is Wendy’s poor decision for management. After reading the reviews it clearly shows nobody wants to work here and now I see why, given the ridiculous example they have for management. If you hate your job that much maybe consider a different career. Don’t get mad that you have customers driving in and making you do your job that you signed up for.
