They have forgotten items on more than one occasion which is why I always check, but honestly the real reason this location is bad is because of how mean the staff is. There is one nice young dude who currently works there and a bunch of ladies who just give you the stink eye for no reason and cut you off when talking. They make mistakes and then respond angrily when you tell them. I try to be as friendly and polite as possible but they still give off an attitude like I’m bothering them for even being there. I’m just not going to go to this location anymore. This is the only Wendy’s I’ve ever been to where the people are aggressively unfriendly and the food isn’t consistently fresh. Lazy.

Staff are unfriendly and order accuracy is a joke. They forgot to give me a $4+ breakfast sandwich I ordered and when I came back, 5 minutes before breakfast ended, they said they couldn't give me what I ordered because they were no longer serving breakfast. I told them to give me what I ordered or refund me my money. Just like that, the breakfast sandwich I ordered 20 mins prior magically appeared before me. I think they pulled the bag of swiss cheese sauce out of the garbage (they said they had already thrown it out, and I don't think they would open a full brand-new bag just for one sandwich since it's a breakfast-only item). This Wendy's is a joke and they are very rude to their customers. I've also ordered food from here in the past and it was cold but decided to give them another try. Will not be back.

my sister has autism my mom orders her frosty for her almost everyday here. these workers already have my sisters order ready the min they hear my moms name & they even know she prefers a straw instead of a spoon. 10/10 for amazing customer service. thank you so much for always being so kind to her she appreciates it so much!

This is an excuse for a restaurant no one understands English they take more than 15 min to get your meal then make it wrong twice to then also not give u fresh anything because you couldn't eat it while it was hot by the time they remake your food the fries are cold drink already watered down . Seriously this needs to be fixed no I don't want a refund this just needs to be fixed I'll never spend another dime here . Like I said before huge excuse for a WENDY'S

Horrible customer service. I ordered the Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger and it was cold. My Asiago ranch chicken looked like someone had stepped on it. For $14 worth of sandwiches, I definitely expect better products and service.
