To many kids in there they screw up orders and they are very expensive for the amount of ice cream you get won't be back when I want ice heavenly delight in Murrayville is where I go

Food was great and waitress was great

Have always enjoyed taking the kids to Charlie's for a treat. However our last 2 trips haven't been so good. The tornados are made where it is all ice cream in the bottom half of the cup, no candy pieces. The Reese's Peanut butter tornado was made with mini Reese's, they do not taste good. It's like a solid chuck of chocolate, no peanut butter taste to it. Let us know when this is fixed and we will can bring our business back.

I took my family to your establishment yesterday for a treat and a drink. I ordered 2 cones and a Sierra Mist. I get to the window and the lady argues with me about oh since you don't want ice in it we are gonna give you a can only. I said my son is 2 and a half and can't use a can yet. She rolled her eyes and had an attitude about it and said fine. Then she came back and told me that no she was giving us a can for him. So I took it off my order. I am pissed about this! It was about 4pm yesterday. I have been a loyal customer of yours since 2011. I am dissatisfied. Will not return til this is made right!!!! If she would have just put my son's drink in a cup that I know ya'll have then it would have been fine.

Tonight was my first and last experience at Charlies. My husband and I took our children on a walk and stopped by Charlies to get them some icecream. When we arrived, the lights where still on and another family was at the window ordering. When the employee came back to the window she told us that they were closed and that family was the last order they were going to do. The sign on the building stated that they close at 9pm and the time on our phones said 8:55pm. I have worked in food service in the past and it has always been the rule that if a customer arrives before you have locked the doors and turned off the lights, you were to serve them. Especially if it is still 5 mins before the posted closing time! We found the employee to be very rude and unprofessional.

I give them 5 stars. The atmosphere is great! The people that go there are nice. Butch is always helping people in need.
