They always make your food fresh to order. My only complaint is that they literally won't do anything to restock their dq sandwiches. They won't just make you one even though they make them on sight.

Came here today (08/15/25). Ice cream was good as usual but the service was even better. We waited to the drive thru screen for an extended amount of time so we pulled forward to the window. The gentlemen that took our order was very courteous and apologized multiple times for the inconvenience due to a headset that had went dead.

They are always out of ingredients that seem to be very important. Like bananas and hot fudge. Orders take a while. Usually, it's not the cleanest. Staff either look to not want to work or like you are an inconvenience. Really love having a DQ but seems to need better management.

Waited 15 minutes for simple chocolate shake then got served with cream that I didn't want. They decided it was ok to scoop out the cream out and return the same shake. Is that how they respect their customers?

Just posting this again since you guys deleted the last one. Went to Diary Queen last week to get a blizzard. Got home and realized the cup stank of cigarettes as if the person who made it didn’t wash their hands after their smoke break. It was disgusting.
Services is amazing. The food is great. The place is clean and nice. The workers are wonderful and kind.

Gave me a blizzard cup with a crater sized hole in it, covered it up by double stacking another cup over it and overfilled it, put a dome cover on top so when you open it, it spills out everywhere.

Ordered a turtle blizzard with pecans and fudge. No pecans and no fudge. Went home so I didn't go back to have them remake it. Ridiculous! Do better!!! I didn't pay that for vanilla ice cream. My husband's was almost all fudge and no ice cream. It was basically a cup of fudge.
