several times we've ordered delivery and the online portal shows it's been delivered when it hasn't. It usually arrives 10 or 15 min AFTER it says it's been delivered !!!!

Dominos, you rarely let me down and on the rare occasion you do, you give me pizza replacement no questions asked. The staff were friendly, I wish I could remember their names (red hair and beard with ear plugs). The picture speaks for itself.. this is how you make a pizza!!! 🍕

Was yelled at and questioned by a boisterous jerk because I asked when my re-delivery would arrive... It was only 45 minutes since I called and asked about getting a new one because I was given the wrong one.....
I spent $50 on a delivery order of pizza and cheesy bread and I ordered four dipping sauces with my order which I did not receive. When I called the store he said that I could come pick up my dipping sauces. It is not my responsibility to go there as I had my order delivered. it is the stores responsibility to redeliver the missing items that I paid for that they did not give me, I wasted money tipping and paying for the delivery fee, and I'm now I'm eating Angry pizza. So just expect poor customer service when you order pizza from here.

Great everytime I order pickup! Delivery is absolutely horrible everytime! It is 9:15 pm and my tracking says the delivery has been out since 8:30! I live two blocks away…this is not acceptable as my food is now going on being a hour old. This happens everytime I order delivery!

My delivery took over 2 hours to arrive. I called twice, because the tracker said it had already been delivered, and i was told both times “the driver should be at your house any minute” at which it was another 30 minutes. I have picked up the pizza too where the app told me my pizza was ready and when i showed up they hadn’t even started making the pizza.

Ordered pizza at 7:50 p.m. and finally received pizza at 9: 51 pm.. the app and email notification said it was done and be delivered by 8:11 finally we decided to call the store The store says that they were now just cooking the food and that it would be going out. This is now the second time we've had this issue with the store. And now we have an issue that we can't report an issue on the app because the driver who delivered the food will not put that the food was delivered.
