I had a hankering for an apple cider doughnut. Since we are miles from an orchard, I decided to try Dunkin. The cider doughnut is delicious, as were the chocolate iced Long John’s. Service was excellent. Thank you!
The lady in the drive thru couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her. She got 2 or our 3 drinks right. Instead of a hot coffee she gave us a frozen drink. We didn’t want to make others behind us angry by making them make a new drink.
The staff available always seems to be trying best they can, but this store has been understaffed and undertrained since opening. I rarely visit unless there's a deal on the app or Soap Co. is closed.
