I am a pretty committed DD customer. I really like their rewards program, so I’m hooked! I look forward to seeing one of the DD Jacksonville team members at the drive thru window when I’m on my way to work. The team is always super friendly. I had a hankering for an apple cider doughnut. Since we are miles from an orchard, I decided to try Dunkin. The cider doughnut is delicious, as were the chocolate iced Long John’s. Service was excellent. Thank you!
The lady in the drive thru couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her. She got 2 or our 3 drinks right. Instead of a hot coffee she gave us a frozen drink. We didn’t want to make others behind us angry by making them make a new drink.
