Great food! My brother’s roast beef sub was piled high w meat and mine had lots of melted cheese. Like it much better than subway.

Ordered a sandwich no onions and they even wrote no onions on the sandwich wrapper . I called and they wanted the sandwich back. I informed them it was thrown away, because it stunk so bad. Ok bad for me no lunch and no money refunded. They could care less, terrible service.

Tried them today. Being miserably hot outside didn't want to venture far.
AMAZING. Loved THE GRATEFUL DEAD artwork. Food-awesome. I have a lot of issues with teeth and gums but the meat and the bread were soft. Service -everyone was smiling and happy. Nowadays that IS hard to find. Atmosphere -relaxed.

In the course of a week they’ve messed up two orders, which is fine I guess,they fixed it, but the fact you pay and order through their app, and then saying they can’t refund something they can’t even provide? That’s a joke.

Ordered a tuna sub and walked over to get a drink. Paid for a tuna sub, said it on the receipt, got home and there was no meat on it. If this is the kind of service they provide, I will go to Jimmy Johns.

I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered the pick 2 with the roast beef and cheddar, toasted. It. Was. Delicious! It arrived warm and toasted perfectly. With it, I got the chicken salad ?. Although the 1/2 sandwich wasn’t huge, it filled me up so I’ll have the salad for dinner. I did taste it, and it was good. I also ordered 2 soups and the Mac and cheese that I planned to have for dinner as I’m working a long shift. I tasted each so I could write a review, and they were very good. I will definitely order from here again, and although there are other things I want to try, I could be happy just repeating the same order.I did have problems with the online ordering not letting me add East to the address but I simply called them and they made sure the delivery driver had the full address.It also didn’t Save a selection I made, twice. But I caught those before I checked out, and added them again. I also added bread to my soups but didn’t catch that it didn’t Save that selection. I did not get charged as it didn’t go through. I am disappointed with that, because you need some crusty bread to dip in your soup, right?The driver was prompt and polite and told me staff made sure to tell him about the incomplete address so he didn’t take it to the other.I will be ordering again. Especially because I forgot to order a brownie!!

High quality food. Service is low, don't order anything off the exact way its ordered.Every no mayo sandwich has been slathered in it to the point the bun is disintegrating.Extra tomato on a sandwich advertising tomato, is two tomato slices.Bun has never once arrived toasted or warm.Ive tried five times. I want to like this place, i want to support local buisness, but if i want the wrong sandwich i can go to subway.
