I placed my order through the mobile app, as KFC often offers excellent online deals. The ordering process was seamless, and my food was ready promptly upon arrival. The chicken was hot and fresh, and the biscuits were light and fluffy, just as expected.
There was ample seating available, including a former buffet area that appears to no longer be in use. While outdated, it evoked a sense of nostalgia from my childhood. As a visitor to Jacksonville, I also appreciated the abundance of Colonel Sanders–themed décor, which added a fun, tourist-friendly touch.
One concern inside the restaurant was the condition of the booth seating. The cushions appeared visibly stained throughout the dining area, a detail noted by other patrons as well. As a result, we chose to sit at a table with wooden chairs instead.
Overall, the food quality and customer service were excellent; however, the décor and furniture would benefit from repair or replacement to better match the otherwise positive experience.

Food was excellent. I accidently spilled a glass of iced tea all over the table and the floor. The lady who came to clean it was cheerful and accommodating. Her smile even when confronted with a mess was present. Thank you.

What kind of chicken restaurant let's you order a family bucket of check and does not put one check breast in? This place sure does and no communication about it, no wonder these dumps are closing all over the state....

Had to drive from Springfield, IL, to Jacksonville,IL, just to get the food.
Says they close at 11, pulled up to drive through at 10:30 and they shut the lights off on us!! Rude.

I was extremely excited to see KFC! Only downfall would be the front counter ladies not paying attention to orders or getting them out in a timely manner! Lady in lobby was missing 4 meals, and my order was 25mins pasted due. I asked how much longer she goes behind the tea containers and grabbed my box! Food was cold due to sitting behind the counter for 25mins! It s not hard to manage orders and get them out! More training is a must at this location! Brenda get this crew together before your location joins the rest of the kfc family in Illinois.

Absolutely amazing experience each table was decorated very nice with flowers the nice cashier was amazing very good customer service and the food was amazing and this was all right before close the whole staff did amazing. if I could give higher than 5 I would great job tonight ate there match 29th 2025 at 9:30pm
