Hot n Ready Pizzas are never ready, multiple times have stopped in and they say it’s always gunna be a wait. Not sure what the point of Hot n Ready is when it’s never available.

It is never hot and ready you always have to wait every single time even if you are the only person there, or right when they open, or anytime!! I go to get quick pizza but you wait the same time if not more than if you were to go somewhere that is custom and made to order.

We were driving from bluffs to new berlin and wanted to order a pizza to take home. online ordering was down, so i called. I ordered our pizzas and was told they would be ready. we got there and they were closed. apparently the calls go to a call center and they had no idea the place was closed. very irritating

Food was good. Service not so good. I ordered ahead. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I waited at least 10 minutes for the car in front of me to receive their order. When I pulled up to the window, the guy just stared at me until I offered him my info to pick up my order. He didn't acknowledge that I said anything. All he did was slide the window closed and walked away. He reappeared about 5 minutes later. Never said a word. Just shoved the food through the window and said "bye". Food was good as usual, but customer service needs a lot of work. I won't order from this location again because of my customer service experience.

Every Little Caesars, you go to says hot and ready. That is never the case. I have never walked into a little Caesar's and got a hot and ready pizza I went in and asked what they had ready. They said nothing. They sold every single solitary thing they had through the drive through is what they told me. please discontinue your commercial saying hot and ready.Because that is never the case. Especially at lunchtime
