Food was good. Service not so good. I ordered ahead. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I waited at least 10 minutes for the car in front of me to receive their order. When I pulled up to the window, the guy just stared at me until I offered him my info to pick up my order. He didn't acknowledge that I said anything. Every Little Caesars, you go to says hot and ready. That is never the case. I have never walked into a little Caesar's and got a hot and ready pizza I went in and asked what they had ready. They said nothing. They sold every single solitary thing they had through the drive through is what they told me. please discontinue your commercial saying hot and ready.Because that is never the case. Especially at lunchtime
The new thin crust pizza is pretty good. But if you ask for extra cheese you should be able to see AND taste the extra cheese. I could NOT. I asked for extra cheese, but it sure didn't look and taste like extra cheese was on it.
