Good food that's worth the wait. Too bad the only local one is closing in Jacksonville. i wont drive an hour to Springfield or Quincy to get LJS. So after tomorrow they just lost this regular customer.
I live I West Central Illinois and I've said for several years that the Jacksonville IL LJS was the best in the area with second place going to Burlington IA. However, everyone stumbles once in a while and it had been probably a year since I was at the Jacksonville store. Love the fish and chicken with hushpuppies & coleslaw n fries.You can switch up your sides if you want to have macaroni or corn ect. They could add some more sides choices still and some Desserts to the menu Even Fishermen Like their Desserts right. ? They have great shrimp aswell. Other Great Food...
