Been sitting here for over hour food that paid for on kisow still haven't received it & I got number @ end of table nobody has even checked see if received my food very disappointed so don't come to this MacDonald if it means something to you especially when you're homeless can you spend your very last time that you have so you're going to have a meal for the night

Ordered at 10:01. It’s 10:34 and I still haven’t received all my food. There is more than 10 employees and most of them are goofing around and messing around. 2 people has to ask what I was waiting on. One girl was running around trying her best to get everything out, unfortunately made the wrong items and had to remake them. Let’s make sure management is trained on how to run a shift. Supervise employees, and most of all, train employees. Seems like the assistant and general manager do not have very good training skills since many employees seemed lost and many customers had mistakes with their orders.

I hear a lot of people around complain about this mcdonalds but out of all of the mcdonalds I have been thru this one is the best. They are cleaner, friendlier, and faster then any other mcdonalds I have went thru.

Place has become a joke. Had to call to remind them of my order after they told me to park in a stall. The service has gotten significantly worse as the management changed to a complete joke.

The staff here is horrible manager screaming at customers with my 4 year old with me food is never right and your not getting your food before the 30 minute mark my wife was in there and she asked when her order would be ready after waiting 30 minutes on another instance and they refused to even see her order screen on phone told her to sit down and wait like a good girl.

I’d like to say something positive tonight I ordered McDonald’s on DoorDash. I called before I ordered to find out why chocolate shakes were not offered on DD. Megan helped me and let me know to go ahead and order a Shamrock Shake and she would make sure I got a chocolate one. Bless her heart she did what she said she would do. What a nice way to take care of a customer! Thank you so much Megan!

When I say that I waited 51 minutes for one item, I’m not joking. This McDonald’s is DIRTY, the staff is very unprofessional, and the workers just piled up food with no communication. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I would seriously think about never coming here again.
