So the food quality has definitely went down and the price has gone up

We ate there last Friday night. The food was excellent and my steak cooked perfectly!
We were in Jacksonville for the 100th birthday party of our Aunt so some of the cousins decided to meet at Muggsy's to share a meal and visit some more. What a wonderful evening. The food was so good, everyone enjoyed their choices. I had the Mushroom Ravioli and it was SO good. My husband and brother had the 1/2 lb. burger and they both were pleased. A few in the group had steak and loved it. Our server was the best, so helpful and bubbly. The restaurant itself has a nice bar and a very relaxed but fun atmosphere. Muggsy's was the perfect place for our gathering, thank you!
Worst prime rib I've ever had. Ordered rare and got a grisly grey med well piece of meat. I ve noticed you never respond to bad reviews.
ordered a rare prime rib an got a well done grisly disaster, like a microwave warmed up leftover. ate a little.
My husband & I always celebrate our anniversary with a Prime Rib dinner so this being our 10th, we definitely didn’t want to break tradition!! With it sometimes hard to find, we found Muggsy’s served it on the weekends so thought we would give it a try! We were VERY impressed!! The food, atmosphere, & staff were AMAZING!! The King Prime Rib was HUGE & was cooked exactly as ordered!! Hope, our waitress, was fantastic!! Drinks never were empty! The Chef came out to check to see how our meal was & wish us a Happy Anniversary! It wasn’t until the end we found out that the hostess & bus boys were all at Homecoming, leaving just 2 waitresses to handle the entire restaurant....they were so good, we didn’t even realize they were understaffed!!

Wonderful food and service
Everything I have had there is wonderful. partial to the steak, but also love their crab legs. Wish they had the crab more often
