Great food. Wonderful home made BBQ, the hours could be WAY better though. I would like to see this place really take off in my town. If they weren't closed for lunch every day, I would go there every day.

I had the Pork Melt Sandwich with a side of sweet potatoe fries. The sandwich melted in my mouth and I believe those were probably one of the best sweet potatoe fries I've ever had. My wife has the pulled pork nachos. She said they were amazing. Everyone is always so friendly. Customer service is outstanding. I'd highly recommend My Buddy's BBQ.

Really over priced. Got a pulled pork sandwich and macaroni and cheese $15 plus extra for tea. Pork portions was very low and bland. Macaroni tastes like Kraft box macaroni. Not very pleased and most likely will not be back. Drove 85 miles to give them a try and really disappointed ?

We went right before closing time so that may be the reason for our experience, but the food was warm at best and tasted dry and old. I had the turkey he had the rib tips. The flavor was there, the meat was just past its fresh period I think. We will try again though.

This is a must have when visiting Jacksonville.. was in JAX for two days this last time and had My Buddy's for lunch both days, it's that good.

As a guy that loves to cook BBQ and find new BBQ places to try i was very disappointed by this "BBQ" restaurant. I'll start off by saying the Corn bread was the best thang I got.

I ordered the big buddy meat platter.

None of the meat tasted seasoned. All was very bland and dry AF...

The ribs very mushy, never thought I'd have to eat them with a fork but it was a must have, then they didn't even brush the bbq sauce on it or cook the bbq on top for a nice glaze...

The pulled pork very dry and bland.

The pulled chicken had a little seasoning taste to it but very dry.

The brisket it was bland and it was lean cut instead of marble which is much more preferred..

I will say not even BBQ sauce could make the meat any better...

The Mac n cheese tasted like just noodles..

The mashed potatoes where ok. But hard to mess up them...

The baked beans were okay..

I won't be back unless you would like me to bring yall some good bbq that I'll cook for yall.. (Not Joking at all) or just sell me the place and I'll bring good bbq to the community

$122 worth of terrible food, would rather eat Mcyuck down the road instead

Hands down favorite place to eat in Jville. Kim is absolutely fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, so sweet and goes above and beyond to make you happy. My kids love her. Buddy is just as kind and the food he puts out *chefs kiss* My family enjoys every visit when we come here.
