I was a little disappointed with my first order here. I got a 24oz Latte, plain. My favorite. The coffee was weak, like they didn't use espresso and just used regular coffee. I was really disappointed that it wasn't like a typical latte. I wish they had a speaker to order from instead of sitting there waiting at the window after you order. You spend too much time sitting in line. I'll try the other coffee place down the street next time.

I’ve been 3 times on my way through visiting home and have loved it every time! The coffee is great and the lotus’s are wonderful as well. Always have friendly service! Prices are fair too!

Stayed in Jacksonville for a week on business. I went to Perk coffee every day. Day one and two I had exceptional service but by day 3 worst experience ever received. It resulted in a bad review, new coffee place and zero recommendations from me.
Get there special drinks, with the colored lotus in it. Oddly satisfying. Carbonated, not coffee not tea but caffeinated.

I came here for the first time and got a vanilla bean coffee. It was pretty good for the price. It could have been a little sweeter. The service was good. The person at the window was friendly and answered any questions I had about the menu.
