So apparently they think it's a funny joke to send the entire city of Jacksonville some coupons 3 times in the same month, just so that you can come in with them and have them tell you they refuse to accept them. Never eating at another subway again. First Jared, now this. They told me they don't have to accept them because they're not corporately owned. Neither is Dairy Queen, and they still accept coupons. And that is a foolish excuse to hide behind. Because they still take coupons from the app. So somehow that doesn't count toward corporate coupons??? Something fishy is going on here and it's not their fake tuna.

My friend, Alyssa Furling, is the franchise owner of Subway Fresh Fit Subs in Williamsville, Springfield, and Jacksonville, Illinois. Her stores are always clean, the ingredients are always fresh and the sandwiches/salads are so delicious. Alyssa is certified to teach food handling safety classes, so of course, her employees have received that important certification. All Fresh and Fit Subway stores are not equal - its the owners and employees who make the stores special - and Alyssa's are going to give you the delicious subs you're accustomed to receiving.

We like Subway as a fast food place, but I have to say this was the best ever service we received in any Subway anywhere to date! I didn't get the server's name but he was so polite and helpful, plus efficient. The restaurant and bathroom were super clean, too.

I ordered online and was atleast 5 minutes late to pick it up and he hadn't even started on our order. He made the sandwiches and said he was done. I had to ask him about the cookies and the pizza. So we had to wait even longer while he made the pizza.

I went to the Subway on the corner of Subway and Walnut. They have a touchscreen at the drive thru that doesn't work and the microphone doesn't work to call them. For that reason I gave them a 1 convenience is important. Why don't they fix the screen?

By far the best Subway in , the Springfield / Jacksonville area. Service is always great and food is always fresh. Try to go after 4 when Maddi is working she will make you the best sandwich you’ve ever had I guarantee it.

1. Average clean. Tables could be cleaner 2. Employees need more training on being better organized when taking & preparing customers’ order. 3. Employees were friendly enough; did seem new at their position. 4. Location needs extra signage telling new customers exact location.

I came to the store today, one employee was in before 9:30 am and the other came at 9:45 am, sign on door says restaurant to open at 10:00 am.Waited until 10:15 am. Two Employees are in and seeing us standing outside waiting for them to open the restaurant door and other customer knocking on door for 15 mins to open and completely ignored them and us. A senior woman with a walker knocked on the door, employees saw her and ignored her, left her standing.This store lost at least 6 customer because of these two lazy employees.Opening 15 mins after there advertised time how can I trust them preparing my food.

Service was unbelievably bad... Never in my life has my subway been this bad. We ordered online and they did not put the right things. It was also very soggy. They literally dropped almost everything they touched Istg.
