Management is a joke ordered through the app never got our food 5 different drivers were assigned never got our food was told to call a number that wasn’t even open so no food no refund Jeff is a joke told us that they can’t just replace it because then they would be out money. What about the customer that never got there food what about the money there out for something they paid for that they never recieved. Never again will I step foot in there I’ve worked fast food for years and we’re always told to make things right for customers so I don’t understand why Taco Bell never got the menu your employees eat more than the $35 dollars worth of food we ordered that you wouldn’t replace or even try to do anything about throughout there shifts I would know I worked there and quit because of the management.

If you place an order online, make sure you hit in store not drive through or you'll have to go back outside, get in your car, get back at the back of the line OUT TO THE STREET. To get food you ordered 20 minutes ago. Couldn't even make it for the person picking up my food in store. Made her go get in the back of the line and wait. Then acted like that was weird of them to do but that was it? Very unnecessary and inconsiderate.

I ordered a chalupa combo with ICED UNSWEET TEA. ONLY TO GET NO ICE AND WARM TEA 1 CHALUPA HARDER THAN A ROCK AND 1 WET AND SLIMMY so I called they gave me a number to call only to be closed till Monday so no help there at all so I call back just wanting some fresher food that I can actually eat a worker not manager on the phone Sam in the background the manager at this shift wouldn't get on the phone and help resolve the issue instead mouths in the background I'm not refunding her nothing which I never even asked once for I said I just want food that is edible that's it I was told no oh and by the way I'm stuck at work cannot leave my job why I doordashed food to eat in the first place. This place and All the management is a joke complete joke.

This gots to be the most selfish taco bell I have ever ate from they don't give you any meat on anything they give you mostly toppings to fill the tacos so when you eat anything your eating basically a salad taco look I'm just done coming here second time ordering here and same thing I'm not happy at all thanks for ruining my food twice
VERY friendly staff, especially the night crew. Drive thru was very attentive even with my complicated order. They're very accommodating and helped me when needed. Food came out under 8 minutes even though it was a large 50+ item order late at night. Store seemed to be running with maybe 5 people total so I was surprised it only took eight minutes. Man working the drive thru with the glasses was very nice, there was also a shorter woman who said my girlfriend was very pretty which she is. Went home with a full stomach and a very happy girlfriend who was happy someone noticed her makeup. We've gone in during the day and it's good too, but, tonight was our first night going and I was so pleasantly surprised.
