the floors were sticky and gross.. the guy who waited on us at the register was upset because we walked in when he was trying to look at a new car on swapshop.. then the female manager was yelling at the guy working the register when he was trying to explain to her what all he needed for guests.. very unprofessional when you have a lobby full of guests.. I remember why I quit coming here the place is gross and the attitudes of the employees are even more gross.
We often place large orders at Wendy’s at night for the factory I work at. The team at Wendy’s in Jacksonville, Illinois is always AWESOME!! They never seem annoyed, always very friendly very happy to take the orders, our orders are always correct , and that is a BIG deal. Our typical order ranges from $60-$110, and to date we have never had a mistake , never had bad service , never been dissatisfied.
Tonight my order was $90, I placed it in the drive thru as I had issues...read full review
