My family loves Wendy’s frosties but this restaurant has to be the worst service in all of Jacksonville. It took 20 - 30 minutes to get our frosties. The service was terrible and they got our order wrong twice. It’s always slow service because the staff doesn’t care. Get new staff please

The manager is rude, unprofessional. Orders are constantly wrong and even if they are made correctly the food is not fresh and when complaints are brought up, we are told to get over it and eat anyway. The restaurant is dirty and never well stocked. Service has declined over the last year and quality along with it.

Used to be top notch but not for over a year. Totally lacks any management. It’s never clean in the dining area. You literally stick to floor, tables never wiped, trash bins are distrusting with caked ketchup around them. Your order being right is about 50/50. Staff is friendly but they are often understaffed. You can wait forever to place an order.
I asked for a baconator with no mayo, they gave me a double cheeseburger with lettuce tomato mayo and no bacon. Never coming again.
