Service was okay. I told them I wanted hot honey rub chicken tenders and they gave me atomic chicken tenders. Called back about my order after getting home and realizing it was wrong. The guy said well my senior manager will have to call you back can you give me 10 minutes. After 10 minutes nothing. I’ve always had a great experience here but this time it was horrible, the service and the food: definitely won’t be coming back!

Honestly, my daughter and her friends were begging to go. Naturally, we did. It did not disappoint! The place was hustle and bustle in the BEST WAY! They were busy, cause they're worth it! There were constant to-go orders in and out the door and our walk-in,among others! The food was also incredible! But what REALLY stood out to me was how AMAZING THE PEOPLE ARE! Every single person I had an experience with there was genuinely nice and kind! Especially the woman who took our order, and I am assuming the manager? Either way 💯 ya'all on customer service 💯!!! And the rest is pretty amazing as well!!!

Dried out chicken wings. They were too small to cook that hard, or they were probably cooked twice. I said no sauce, just rubs, but they were covered in sauce anyway. The chicken was bland. The fries and corn were seasoned and tasted better than the chicken. The fountain drinks taste like dirty water. Prices are outrageous for what you get.

I love this ngl, first time eating here and it was amazing, Andres is a great worker also.
Not only was the employee rude she was disrespectful, she kept going on her phone. They couldn’t find my order so they wanted the email confirmation I said okay. She then put words into my mouth by telling me what I ordered and when to pick up. How dare you as a business treat your customers like trash I will not be spending another dime here.

It was very noisy - a busy time of day. But the person who waited on me had a heavy accent and spoke very quickly, which made it difficult to understand what was being said over all the noise. I like being able to get vegetable sticks.

Food was fine we got delivery and when it arrived we realized they had completely forgotten one of our 6-pack of wings. We called the store 3 separate times and they promised us that they’d have a manager call us right back, a manager never called us. We then went to the store site and sent in a request to be contacted because we were missing items and we were never contacted about our order to this day, never got a refund or a coupon or even a call from Wing Stop.
