Not only was the employee rude she was disrespectful, she kept going on her phone. They couldn’t find my order so they wanted the email confirmation I said okay. She then put words into my mouth by telling me what I ordered and when to pick up. How dare you as a business treat your customers like trash I will not be spending another dime here.

It was very noisy - a busy time of day. But the person who waited on me had a heavy accent and spoke very quickly, which made it difficult to understand what was being said over all the noise. I like being able to get vegetable sticks.

11 minute wait per website turned into 30+ minutes. This place does not appear to be well managed. Update... never trust a biz that doesn't answer the phone. They left out part of my order and no one would answer the phone. Website feedback also went unresponded.

Food was fine we got delivery and when it arrived we realized they had completely forgotten one of our 6-pack of wings. We called the store 3 separate times and they promised us that they’d have a manager call us right back, a manager never called us. We then went to the store site and sent in a request to be contacted because we were missing items and we were never contacted about our order to this day, never got a refund or a coupon or even a call from Wing Stop.
Why is it that every time we order ahead the food is never ready???? It’s so irritating!!!

Ordered online. Order was fast & delicious! Ranch & blue cheese tasted homemade! Even the carrots & celery were fresh. Greeted friendly upon arrival. As employee packed our order another employee came out & asked if we had been helped! First time here. Very impressed & we will return!
