When I came to this location, the staff wasn't wearing gloves and they were picking their noses while making my food! That's just so gross!
all I can say is WOW what a turnaround new GM in Jerseyville has done an amazing job and turn around restaurant that was on the very bottom fast food in Jerseyville to making it probably one of the top places in Jerseyville attitude is completely different food service is amazing and the food itself it's hot fresh I just what you want and a fast food restaurant just want to say thanks to the new GM for doing such a great job I encourage everybody to stop by and give them a try...read full review
The store in Jerseyville is filthy dirty! 3 guys standing around talking when they could have been cleaning. no other customers where in the store. They forgot my bacon on my sandwich, so I went up to get it. I was given 2 pieces of cold bacon! floors were filthy. no one had uniforms on. 1 guy had cheech and Chong tshirt ..... disappointing and disgusting!

Burger King offers great food and customer service. The staff is friendly and patient, even with special guests. The soda machine could be cleaner, but the experience is overall pleasant. The restaurant has a nice play area for kids. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious, with polite service. Customers appreciate the hot fries provided. It's a better choice than other fast-food chains.
