Been sitting in line at the drive-thru for nearly 20 minutes and haven’t even gotten my order taken yet. Unreal. Note to self, don’t come back

The Staff was nice , but the order was not what we asked for and excessive coffee grounds were left in our cups .We asked for decaf and it wasn’t decaf, and the floor was dirty and sticky and the bathrooms were dirty.
This Dunkin is disgustingly dirty. The floors are sticky and the restroom needs a scrubbing from head to toe. The service is also pretty slow.

SO BAD. Whoever owns this location hires ONLY the most inept. Orders 9x out of 10 are always wrong. Tonight the cashier was swearing , last time I was here she double charged me. You would have to try to be this bad at something, one would think ....just a terrible, awful location

Terrible establishment, they serve you coffee with dead bugs . And when you confront them on it they treat you horrible . The employees are awful . Whoever owns this place should be embarrassed.

This dunkin is the worst out of all in the area. A medium iced coffee with cream, toasted almond and blueberry flavoring at any other dunkin is exactly $4… here it’s $4.08. I know it’s only 8¢ but where does that even come from? And not to mention all of the girls that work there have a terrible attitude & A rude look on their face when you come to the window.
Absolutely disgusting establishment. They like to serve people coffee that has floating dead bugs in it, and then ban you from the store when you return it. I couldn't recommend this spot less. Every gas station in town has better coffee (bug-free as well)!! They have been working hard for those 2.8 🌟!!
I’m writing this review because I had some issues with my orders when going through the drive through. I contacted customer service to inform them about my experience and later that day I got a call from Walter. He asked me about my experience and helped me resolve the issue. As someone who used to work in customer service I really appreciate the way that Walter handled the whole situation. He apologized several times (even though it wasn’t his fault) and he offered to compensate me for my troubles. Based on how Walter handled this situation I will continue to be a customer at Dunkin. This was by far the best experience I’ve had when contacting customer service to report an issue.
Drive the extra mile to go to any other one. They always make the orders wrong and fill the drinks to the brim with ice, you take two sips and it’s gone.

Food and coffee is always good here but service sucks. Don’t bother putting your order in ahead of time and getting in the mobile order line because they’ll just ignore you and take cars in the regular line before you..EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE THERE FIRST.

How do y’all forget the flavors in the coffee every single time??? Especially when it’s through DoorDash or Uber eats like you literally put the sticker that has the order on the cup and you still forget the flavors… if I wanted to drink straight espresso and milk, I would make it at home, but I specifically come to Dunkin for the butter, pecan and caramel combo
For as terrible as the rest of the reviews are you'd think they'd just shut down this location
