I prefer this location over the one right across the street from me, the 7 minute drive is worth it! My iced coffee is always good, the workers are always so sweet and polite. Always a good start to the day when I pass by.

I ordered small hot chocolate and there was a blond piece of hair caught in lid of cup and pulled out of my mouth as I took my first sip. Tried calling but the number doesn’t answer. Very disappointed and extremely grossed out.

Went to the drive through. It took them 5 minutes after requesting a second to take my order. I placed an order for an iced latte and proceeded to the window. Where I sat for 10 minutes for my ICED LATTE. I then payed cash and the employee half-hazardly handed me my change back to where I needed to retrieve it from the ground.

Nobody came to the counter for over ten minutes in the store. We ordered in the kiosk and then told us they didn’t have anything we ordered because the kiosk is not right and they couldn’t void the transaction or refund my money. I asked for a manager and they told me I had to come back the next day. I told them that was not an okay solution as they took my money and I received nothing and they said there was nothing they could do. I told them I needed to speak to someone and they called the police on me. And then the police told me I had to call back the next day during the managers hours while I will be working. How is this okay? The music was blaring when we got there and we never saw a single person until the kiosk beeped that there was an order.

I ordered her on November 23 and asked for a large iced coffee with regular cream regular liquid sugar 6 mocha with whipped cream and mocha drizzle The girl put in for an ice cold brew and said they were the same thing. I told her they absolutely were not the same thing even though they were both coffee when is steep in cold water she gave me attitude and when I handed her my credit card, she snatched it out of my hand. She has a skinny little white girl that looks like she’s no more than 16 years old if she doesn’t know the difference between a regular iced coffee and a cold brew, she shouldn’t be working there and her attitude is really really pathetic.

I’ve never been to a food establishment run as poorly as this one. Average wait time is about 15-25 minutes. For coffee… the store is dirty. The staff is rude. Find another dunkin or different coffee shop if you’re looking for a good experience. This one is terrible.

This matcha doesn't just rival starbucks, it beats it. The munchkins we're still fresh and not stale.
As I stood there waiting for my drink, they were cleaning the inside of the display case.
Morning uber-eats orders are always fresh and consistent with all sandwiches and egg bites.
Definitely highly recommend this hidden gem.
Access to this location is very easy and has plenty of parking as well as seating inside at the stools.
Been sitting in line at the drive-thru for nearly 20 minutes and haven’t even gotten my order taken yet. Unreal. Note to self, don’t come back

The Staff was nice , but the order was not what we asked for and excessive coffee grounds were left in our cups .We asked for decaf and it wasn’t decaf, and the floor was dirty and sticky and the bathrooms were dirty.

This Dunkin is disgustingly dirty. The floors are sticky and the restroom needs a scrubbing from head to toe. The service is also pretty slow.

SO BAD. Whoever owns this location hires ONLY the most inept. Orders 9x out of 10 are always wrong. Tonight the cashier was swearing , last time I was here she double charged me. You would have to try to be this bad at something, one would think ....just a terrible, awful location
