This Dunkin is the worst! A few weeks ago it was fine but went there with my family today, we entered our food order in on the computer screen, paid and waited and waited and waited. We finally got our order and everything except 2 things were wrong. I understand mistakes happen but when we brought it up to the counter the manager herself proceeded to argue with my husband stating everything was correct she made it herself. The ticket was correct but what was in the bag was completely wrong. No need for arguing just apologize and fix it. Never coming here again!
Pickup up a doordash order from here. It is meant for drive-thru not coming inside
Parking: This is a drive-thru location so not much parking and doordasher have to ho inside so can be troublesome to get parking
Kid-friendliness: Food items are good but very little indoor seating so very much a grab and go kind of place. If you have little one or multiple kids I would sick with drive-thru

Fast drive thru with very friendly staff. Easy to get in and out of.

Took me 20 minutes to drive-thru to get my drink. And then when I received my iced coffee with mocha in it. The mocha was all on. The bottom wasn't even stirred.

Good coffee but every time I come to this location they don't have any donuts out of donuts at a donut place you might as well close the doors
If you’re not in the drive through they just ignore you unless you do self order. The selfOrder system is also so stupid and doesn’t let you take away any of the parts that you do t want. Maybe you should priority the people that walk into your store not the ones that are too lazy to get out of there cars.
This location does not stock ground coffee - the app let me order $20 of ground coffee. I still don't have the coffee.Dunkin donuts did not abide by their service level agreements to remedy this. It took 5 different methods of contact and 9 days to finally get the attention of the district manager. I asked for a refund at the kiosk, it "wasn't possible". I filled out a customer feedback survey. No response. I reached out on google maps, no response. I called the store and left a message with callback#, no response. I emailed them, no response within 48 hours. Looking at the email chain, my email was received march 5th, forwarded to DM march 8th, and not responded to until march 9th. Truly unprofessional.

Service people ? without customers you have no job. After being ignored for 5 min she said place order on kiosk but your gonna wait a while .? Drive thru 1st?? Walked out never to return to this location. Hire better employees or don't bother.
Gpt the assorted munchkins as you couldn't order manually and just through kiosk. They only gave us 2 out of the 3 munchkin types even though they had all 3 available
They place a higher value on drive through customers than senior citizen walk-ins. That says it all!!
