I contacted customer service to inform them about my experience and later that day I got a call from Walter. He asked me about my experience and helped me resolve the issue. As someone who used to work in customer service I really appreciate the way that Walter handled the whole situation. He apologized several times (even though it wasn’t his fault) and he offered to compensate...

The food was good, but the service was so-so. I ordered for pickup and by the time I got there, it wasn't ready, which is okay, but nobody actually spoke to me. As soon as I walked in, the two employees that were there didn't even look up. One of them was at the counter, but she just turned around and walked away to go sip her drink. You don't have to have the best service in the world, but acknowledging the customer when they come to the counter would go a long...

Parking: This is a drive-thru location so not much parking and doordasher have to ho inside so can be troublesome to get parking

Kid-friendliness: Food items are good but very little indoor seating so very much a grab and go kind of place. If you have little one or multiple kids I would sick with drive-thru
