I visited your establishment yesterday with a friend, and our experience was extremely disappointing. Our total came out to $26, which seemed unusually high given the small amount we ordered. We were caught off guard and ended up being $4 short, as we did not expect the cost to be nearly $30 which is frankly unreasonable. I also believe the cashier may have rung up our order incorrectly. On top of that, her attitude toward us was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. My friend apologized multiple times for the brief wait, yet the cashier continued to treat us poorly. Although we ultimately paid, this experience was unacceptable. Due to the overcharge and disrespectful service, we will not be returning.

First time in a place like this. It wasn't a bad place to go. Due to location the sun was in my eyes the entire time. They had that window film to cut it down like 2%. But it wasn't horrible. The froyo was decent

Was so sad when Yumz! in Crystal Lake shut down years back, and was happy there’s still a froyo place open in McHenry. When I first tried the flavors here a couple years ago, they were NOT it, gross, something was off and even my favorite flavor I didn’t like. Wasn’t going to come back, but I happened to be nextdoor today and thought might as well try it again, and I’m glad I did because the flavors are great this time around. Including my favorite flavor (cake batter- yum!). So whoever made the flavors for 2/19/25, good job. I will be frequenting now.

We love fro-yo and this is our go-to spot. They are regularly changing out different flavors while leaving certain staples all the time. There's a wide variety of toppings. The place is always clean. There's a public restroom, which is helpful when visiting with littles. One of my children is lactose intolerant and there aren't many selections for her, so seeing additional allergy-friendly flavors would be nice.
