The only problem I have is tips. How do they think its ok to ask for tips and they do not weight on you. You go through a line and then gets asked for a tip at the cash register.. and are made to push the no tip button in front of everyone.. the tip does not even go to the right person.. everyone that works there gets it. They need to pay those people..

SUBWAY in Johnston City.Terrible experience today. The manager was LOUD and RUDE. Walking off I can't handle this then back with her mouth again. She stated to me that she could not honor what the JC Ballcard stated. Because their bacon was high. The card does not give specification about sandwiches it just states 6 inch free with 12 in meal. That's what we were buying.The young lady making the sandwich which was very nice saying of I would just pay for the bacon they could do it. I told her that I would. Even though I didn't think I should have to. The managers mouth kept going. I told her it states 6 inch it doesn't give specify sandwiches. I stated legally they should have to do it. It just kept going and what she didn't know we had church family in there as well as a friend. And they all heard the slander she stated a out us after we walked out.She also stayed her boss didn't like the cards and they probably wouldn't do it next year. That's how SUBWAY IN JOHNSTON CITY IL THINKS ABOUT SUPPORTING THE TOWN THAT SUPPORTS THEM.She also told me personal information about her bosses life.

terrible experience @ johnston city subway, management that is very erratic & rude , not wanting to uphold responsibility to johnston city football card & making slandering comments upon me leaving ! full lobby of friends & fellow church goers , she says her boss "does not support johnston city football cards & probably will not be done next year"

Extremely clean facility and staff was great and very friendly. We were passing through and could not tell you how many subways we just walked out of because they were dirty. This one upheld a very high standard of their little store and I loved it. Thank you!!!!

This Subway has some of the Friendliest Employees and Freshest Food that I've eaten at since the start of the Demonrats Pandemic!
Typical subway. Only issue I had was that I asked for chipotle and I got a line of ranch before she realized the mistake. No big deal to me. She offered to remake the sandwich but I'm not a picky eater.Parking: It's a bit tight but manageable. Definitely watch when you back out.

I was very pleased with the service here. Even though it's a smaller subway, they have a nice clean restaurant. The employees craft great sandwiches with fresh ingredients. I run a multi million dollar business, would highly recommend this place. ? They also have great cookies. ?
