I was here with my friend and I went to the bathroom, after I slipped because there was no wet floor sign or any precaution, right in front of the manager and all he did was ask if I was ok no sympathy or anything, no apology after until i complained, I was so embarrassed I felt like I had to get up right away and after I walked back to my table they came saying they would give a discount. He even asked for my name and number, after we got the bill they still charged us for everything. He did not take the charge off as he said he would until we said something after.

This place desperately needs new management. Kitchen is always backed up, there is always wait even if there is only a few tables. Their hostess are rude and a lot of people end up leaving. They have good servers but they do what they can with what they have.

The service was very slow. The host acknowledged us but continued to wipe a table down before seating us. Our waiter stopped and talked to the bartender before bringing the check and take home boxes.

I’m not sure how much longer this place will stay open. Understaffed, long wait times, poor service. Not sure if management cares, obviously this is an ongoing issue. They clearly have people coming in wanting to spend money, but telling customers it’ll be over an hour wait for a mostly empty restaurant is absurd. Do yourself a favor, go to Chilis instead!

This place is terrible, I always come here for the desserts and always something, waiting, or something wrong with the order. I really like the desserts that’s the only, only thing brings me here, PLEASE PLEASE give your business to a different restaurant.

Server Reid was both amicable and professional, gladly assisted with my entree selections Food was well presented and well prepared at the correct tempature. Reid was exceptionally attentive and promptly took care of all my needs. Think I will request Reid on all my future visits
Manager Pamela graciously checked in with me and provided me with some additional restaurant perks. Pamela's professional and hands on service directly to each and every customer was nothing short of remarkable her leadership skills are apparent with the outstanding service all of her staff provided. It is indeed an enjoyable dining experience when it is provided in such a smooth seamless manner I will be back

We stopped last night and very few cars in the parking lot. The service was poor and took 45 minutes to get our food and the food was cold. Fry’s were cold and awful. We were there an hour and half and it was the first time in my life I left a $2.00 tip. Wasted money and will not be back. The place is run down and not the Applebees I remember. Understaffed, poor food and service. When leaving the group waiting to be seated were told it was an hour wait and only 7 tables were taken. They all left!! Such a shame

I gave the food one star but that was because we never actually got it. This was probably the worst service I have received in ten years. There was like 12 tables in the whole restaurant, Saturday 5:00pm. We sat for over ten minutes before we were even acknowledged. All the servers, I counted 5. Plus a bartender, did even say hi hello give me one second, nothing. Dirty tables all over. They all were standing around looking confused. Not one sense of urgency or customer service in the building. The manger, an older gentleman, seemed the most confused of all the employees. This restaurant needs a major overhaul. Last time we came it wasn’t very good either. Definitely won’t be back after this

7pm on a Saturday in a half empty restaurant you’d think you’d get some stellar service but nope! We got ignored at the door while the bartender looked right at us as he delivered something to a table. He didn’t even say hi or greet us and tell us someone will be right with you. Then a female server finally came and said have a seat we will get you sat. Well that was our que to leave. We left and 3 employees were having a smoke break in the parking lot not caring about customers. It won’t be long and this location will be closed as well. Apparently they don’t need paying customers to survive.
